How seamless it integrates with my workflow

It gives me distributed access to my files across different devices and gives me piece of mind that my files don't depend on my computer

I appreciate the ease of use and simplified categorization of files. It is available on all my devices. It increases my productivity.

Cloud content collaboration and online storage. I have 2TB available for all my documents and slide decks.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a freelancer, and I like Dropbox for sharing entire folders privately with my customers. Dropbox is secure, and backed up in the cloud, so we never lose our files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it has messaging features. I don't know how to use them and am frustrated when my customers try to use them. They are very annoying in my opinion. They also have all these annoying pop-ups. I think you can disable these "features" if you do not like them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of privately sharing files with a small group of people, and making sure they are backed up. That way, we can form trust in the group and get ourselves collaborating and working together easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is so easy to use. Either on the webpage or through the download. I have Dropbox on my home PC and my work laptop. Knowing I can access my files any time, any where. Everything goes on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get emails reminding me my space is nearly full and to upgrade. I'm like 70% full at best and haven't gone above 80% in the 10+ years I've been using it.

I can move and access files across multiple devices - PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone. It's fast and reliable,.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they offered more tiers of service. I don't need 2 TB of storage, it that's the minimum I can utilize. There's also no way to commit for a year with a price break.

I backup all my iPhone photos automatically using Dropbox. I also move files among devices, or store them in Dropbox to have them easily accessible when I'm on the road. I also use the scan feature frequently to create PDFs on the go. It works very well.
