i can have my files on all of my computers!! my desttop and laptop...etc...

What do you like best about the product?
This is the platform I use for manyy years. I've tried also other platforms for comparison, and so far Dropbox has the most user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no much to say about negative sides because I don't have any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep all my files in the cloud so I don't need to use specific phone or computer for any file. All my files are handy no matter I use personal or business devices.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredible simple to use for file management. Sharing folders with others is always a great solution for collaboration. Searching through photos is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into issues with sharing folders in the past where people aren't able to collaborate or use the folder without their own dropbox account, or get stuck with a 2 gb limit despite me owning the folder and having a ton of storage available.

It's extremely easy to share files or folders with anyone. It speeds up the file sharing process.

I use it to keep files easily accessible for everyone.

I don't have any real complaints. I haven't had many issues

We use it at my business to communicate between night and morning shifts
Its not perfect but it does the job I need it to.

Largely I don't have to think too much about backups, that doesn't mean that I don't keep my own backups.

I have not mastered uploading the large outlook pst files, I understand there is a way to do this but it has eluded me so far.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox incredibly useful in responding to discovery requests in legal matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is sometimes confusing as it relates to syncing files as well as their "online only" option.

Keeping files synced across my devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I can set up folders and share entire folders with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transfer link expires too quickly. Also, I am not convinced that the recipient knows how to use the link to access the files sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to easily share dozens of papers in one folder instead of sending them over multiple emails that get rejected regularily for being too big.
I'm a long time DropBox customer.

Backing dropbox itself up online a little cumbersome.
