What do you like best about the product?
Accesabilty between Mobile and Desktop is the best thing

THere is not much I dont like about dropbox, maybe the price is a bit steep for users that just need basic storage needs

Accesability of files on all devices

Having all my files in one place in the cloud and easily downloadable on my primary computer is so helpful. Because it's been around a long time, it's where I have the longest history and the most comprehensive coverage of all my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to upload some photos and that didn't work well, but it has been good for all of my scholarly and professional files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my professional files in one place across time. Different organizations I have worked for and with use different forms of cloud storage, but I keep everything of mine in one place. It's so helpful.

My entire psychotherapy private practice is on Dropbox. I can access it anywhere. If I were to lose my computer or it stopped working (happened!) all my info is still accessible.
