An indispensible part of my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability and on-demand availability of my file storage on any device

Nothing in particular. There is a companion app called Dropbox Paper that I think has room for improvement.

Dropbox is a must have for anyone!
What do you like best about the product?
That it is secure and very easy to set up with my iPhone. I can take video and photos knowing that they will be automatically backed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is not much more options with space after you hit the 2TB teer.

Backing up all my important content that I don't want to loose.

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best storage service there is. I've never abandoned, I've tried other competitors and they are not close to the quality of Dropbox. Speed, bug free sync, offline view just to name a few of my favorites features here on Dropbox!

I think if the paid services were a bit more affordable it would be great.

Saving and sharing files

What do you like best about the product?
What can I say - dropbox is one of the longest-standing file storage and sharing solutions, and it shows in their product's ease of use and functionality. I pay for three different providers, but Dropbox is hands down my favorite. I love that they keep releasing new products like Capture, which is my go-to screen capture and record tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little pricey for personal/family use with all the bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my files organized and backed up in the cloud. Backing up external hard drives. Sharing folders/files for work and personal. Screen/video capture.

I find it as a reliable tool for saving important documents, and sharing with other people

It seems that they haven't been a lot of new features lately, and I would like to see more integration into the web browser for phones

It helps me store documents and back up to certain applications

I like that it's an efficient and user-friendly storage system. Easy to share with others and quickly uploads files. Customer service is always prompt and helpful.

Sometimes it glitches here and there, but rarely.

Two offices about 75 miles apart. I can be in either or on the road and still working. Data is available
