Makes everything easier
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the connectivity between my computer and cell phone. Everything is everywhere and much more organized than any other druver or cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I think the subscription could be cheaper.

It saves all my files and I don't risk loosing them.

I find Dropbox helpful in saving personal and business files. I also appreciate the ability to organize my files in appropriate folders.

Running out of space and have to subscribe to a new plan that I may be unable to swing with all my other subscriptions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save documents between my phone and computer, and with others without worrying about platform because it works on all devices. I appreciate the app which is easy to see files and thumbnails of each just like on my computer.
It is also more reliable for downloading large folders at a time because the other cloud storage option often drops some of the files inside folders.

I wish it asked me when I try to add the same file I have in another folder.

How easy it is to back up your pix and videos and access from anywhere

The price is a bit much and it sometimes takes long for videos to upload and backup

Reliable backups. Easily access and retrieve from anywhere! I keep my entire D drive on there.

I don't like the way on a laptop that you have to manually go in to have files actually download.

Dropbox Password Vault: never used it since so many products (e.g., Chrome) already provide the same capabilities.

I’ve used drop box for years and it’s never let me down.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pc app that lets you manage files from your computer. I also love how everything syncs automatically between my phone and PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have trouble with is the sharing of files with other people. I wish it was a little more intuitive.

It's allowing me to work across multiple machines and different platforms and share files simultaneously.

- Basic tier only allows connection to 3 devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a content creator and use Dropbox's free tier to share in progress versions of my work to customers to review. I am easily able to remove old versions of work to make space for new files without having to fumble with my trash directory or email attachments like I would in Drive.
