What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access my files and back it up from my computer seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes me feel very comfortable and secure. It is also extremely easy to use, especially for people who enjoy an organized platform.

There is nothing really bad about it. It could possibly use some new features by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving issues with disorganization and email clutter. It gives very straightforward settings.

Cross-platform capabilities! I love how easy it is to access my files from the desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues with Dropbox! I like everything I use it for, been using for years with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has made the sharing files easier to modify who can see what files I specifically intend to share. It benefits me with the options to modify what I want shared.
Perfect for social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Dropbox to manage my clients' content as a social media manager. It's so easy to upload and download content while adding in comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the free version of Dropbox is very limiting for storage space and collaboration with other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving content sharing, which can be a big challenge as a social media manager.
A must have for archiving and sending video clients your work.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use the desktop app and to send archival files for storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe with the rise of 5G and extended wifi that it will be quicker to upload. Maybe also have a solid plan for a long term data storage for clients. It could be a one off payment for some data to be archived for long term use. I would also recommend if Dropbox had a dedicated family place that is easy to access family videos for members that aren't very tech savvie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to archive and share large video files. I work as a filmmaker, so it's useful to have all the features Dropbox has for my clients, and also for family members.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to upload bulk images and how easy it is to upload via phone. Its great to give clients a Dropbox link to a specific folder to deliver images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI can be a bit buggy. But overall it's good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had problems with large online photo backup and to also use a backup platform for photo delivery to clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to store files with easy access. I use it for work as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey. I'd like better features for organization and ease of selecting which files are stored in dropbox vs just on the computer. I get confused.

Best cloud based app for Higher Ed Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Working in higher education I've had the privilege to work at several different colleges and universities across the continental U.S. At each place Dropbox has been the consistent tool I'm allowed to use and easy to install (since it doesn't need IT admin privileges). So helpful in letting me transfer documents and hit the ground running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of any. I know some folks complain about storage space but I like that I get reminded and I clear stuff out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents. I always forget to bring a flash drive and I love that I can just login to Dropbox and access my presentations and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The cloud feature, that I can open any one of my files on any computer at any time. Also the ability to collaborate with collagues on different shared folders. And last that it synchs to my iphone so I can store photos, etc. automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. I have never had files disappear on me, which is a lurking fear this might happen, but so far there have been no such issues, and I have been using dropbox for just about a decade.

Dropbox is Easy to use and integrate with Windows filing. It is versitile to do revision control and keep track of previous versions.

Storage limit is low, but able to move docs around to accomodate.
