What do you like best about the product?
I particulary enjoy the ability to use Dropbox across platforms, including my phones, and Apple and PC machines. All my documents are always with me, and this has helped me in a number of circumstances. I use Dropbox daily, as it has completely replaced local storage on my machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love better integration with Google apps (such as Google mail) and with native iPhone software, though I know that this is less Dropbox's remit than the relevant developer's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have my documents with me all the time and to collaborate with others by sharing folders.

There is dislikings about Dropbox, this is wonderful

The collaborators from from locations can easily edit the files and add the contents.

Excellent way to send files to clients and back up projects

I use Dropbox for my audio production business. Being able to run my audio production sessions in Dropbox so I have everything automatically backed up is fantastic. I also love how easy and fast it is to send files to clients!

I've had issues with Dropbox on Windows.

It's easy to collaborate on audio production sessions with others that are remote or in a different location.

Have been using DropBox for the past 12 years and enjoy its ease of use, support for various platform and outage free service.

Offline is not available for free plan, storage quotas can also be increased for free plans

For storing important documents, intermediaries media files when on Windows to transfer to Mac OS or phone

It is reliable, easy to use and to keep as a folder in your personal computer that would synchronize when online
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have had with Dropbox are conflicted copies that would be created when two people are working on it simultaneously. If this could be improved, it would be the perfect clouding.
