Useful for Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is accessible from my computer and my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Dropbox on desktop computer can be very clunky. Often, I have click and click and click folders and files before they will open. Sometimes the process of upload/downloading can feel clunky as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to share the same files amongst many people. Dropbox allows us to do this with files of many sizes and types.
Data redundancy simplifies
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with all my devices regardless of brand is what makes Dropbox my go-to cloud storage tool. It's everywhere all the time, and making hard copies is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes too much energy when sync intervals are frequent!

A centralized location for data that is not dependent on a single user or device

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all files are in one spot and I can access them from anywhere. I also appreciate that they have historical copies of previous versions of my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is mostly a Mac issue but I can't use the search or spotlight feature on my Mac to search for a file. I have to got to the Dropbox website to search for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my files safely backed up and helps me rest knowing I won't lose my files and I can share them with others and I can access them from anywhere.
Simplest File Backup and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Dropbox is so simple to use. There is almost zero learning curve.
I also love the lightweight app, which once installed, makes syncing your device and cloud files a breeze.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike in Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share all our monthly reports and expenses of invoices on Dropbox, so that various teams can access them at anytime.
Mostly good with some occasional poor performance

I like how I am able to use it across all my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iphone app is extremely laggy and slow. I have almost 2TB in my dropbox and the phone can barely access all of this in an expected user performance.

Long term storage for my videos and phots, with access across all my devices.

Easy set up. Easy to share files. Works seamlessly with all devices. Backup is automatic. Never have to worry.

I haven't found anything I do not like. I have had zero difficulties.

It's so easy to upload documents directly from my phone, and bc so many people are familiar with the platform, it's easy to share content with others.

It's fairly expensive, and a bit like a garages where things are stored that probably need to be trashed
