Great tool, saves tons of time and makes things easier!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use for both you and the people signing. Plus, it's secure and acceptable legally for many uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some times when you have to set up different templates per person to customize and it requires a bit more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for signing contracts, employment agreements and policies.

HelloSign has been very helpful in moving contracts and documents for my business!
What do you like best about the product?
My documents are easy to track and it move things forward with daily reminders and it's very easy to use for me and clients. It's helpful for me to keep track of multiple signatories and what's next for the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if it has an auto-detection of email or name that will supply the rest of the data for me when searching for contacts rather than manually adding the email and the first or last names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of reminding my clients if they missed the email. HelloSign comes with email notifications on where it is right now in the process. It saves time and energy for me to think through the next steps of the document.

I highly recommend HelloSign! A great tool to keep contracts moving!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the step by step process that's very easy to move through and prevents confusion. It is efficient and easy to use so my clients don't have trouble when sending things their way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes notice mistakes on the contract I'm sending after I've filled in all the other info and starting over is sometimes a pain/inconvenience. But other than that I really love Hello Sign!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending contracts is easy for me and for my clients. I love that it sends reminders so I don't have to remind my clients :) If I have something little to sign I don't have to worry about where to go to find a software to sign it. I know I'll be able to with Hello Sign.

This is an incredibly easy platform to use. The point and click ease of operation is particularly helpful.

There really isn't anything that I dislike.

No problems, love the availability to execute documents from anywhere in the world!

I like how simple the interface is. I like how I can also upload and edit PDFs

I bounce around between levels of membership. Sometimes I need 4 or 5 signatures a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me streamline items for signature. I just feel like a more polished business owner with something like this.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy HelloSign is to use, how it allows for multiple signers from multiple email addresses and that it takes note of all signers IP addresses and the date of signing to help make the signing process seem just as legit as signing in person
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for needing just HelloSign is a bit expensive, and I'm looking into using a CRM that has more of the tools that I need to run my business from A to Z.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't fully understand this question. I am using HelloSign to get contracts signed between myself and my clients. It's pretty easy to use for both of us.
