Always great, always my favorite
What do you like best about the product?
The speed is always great and the sync is fast!

I had no problems so far and I've been using the service for more than 10 years.

Syncing my documents between different computers and colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I can keep my files stored online only, and that saves a lot of space in my local laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription plan is relatively expensive for a 2TB storage, I hope the storage plan can be more user afforadable;
Dropbox doesn't quite help with the situation when multiple people edit on the same file simultaneously - each time it will create another conflicted file, causing some troubles in team collaboration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Dropbox, I can instantly share files for the project to my teammates and my cohorts. This benefits me a lot in enhancing my work efficiency and save my time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, upload docs and easy to share it with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial capacity it provides. I think it should start the free tier with at least 10 GB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The file sharing problem is resolved. I have completed at least 5 scientific collaboration using Dropbox.
Worth every penny
What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience and accessibility of dropbox. It is so user friendly right off the bat. And the help features are well explained. Even editing inside of the product is intuitive and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have much to say negative about it. I might ask for a better transfer of the accessibility/navigation of the phone app Dropbox. But perhaps even that is based on your phone and not the app itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing contributors to comment and offer edits is truly streamlining feedback and moving projects along quickly.
Why I'm lukewarm about Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for at least 20 years and have the Professional version. It basically gives me unlimited storage for all my files, both personal and professional. It's extremely easy to use and I basically treat it as my hard drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no issues with Dropbox until this past year, when I have been finding that I am not seeing the most recent versions of files created at home when I try to access them at another location. That's very frustrating and I have no idea why it's occurring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It normally enables me to access work files regardless of where I happen to be working: home, office, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a well-working solution that offers good value for money. Third-party options are available, but sometimes we are afraid to click a link on a non-recognisable app. This is very functional app, trustworthy, reliable, my files are always there.

I would like to have better integration with the MS office. Easier management/movement/organisation of the files shared with me by other coleagues using Dropbox.
I want to purchase dropbox for my business, but ony busnise option is available, which is less ptimal for small teams.

Computer at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
I love using my Dropbox because it doesn't matter where I am I always have access to important files, it's like having your computer in your back pocket at all times. Great for working on the go

It is a little pricey to pay for monthly for the average user
