Makes Sharing Files Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can log into Dropbox wherever the internet connects makes it super convenient. The sign up process is simple and the free account is usually enough for what you personally may need to store and access. The customer support is available by chat which makes it easy to access from the same device.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have lately had some problems with sync not updating for all shared members of the file, but it usually comes through within a small frame of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great for syncing files for work from home access
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of sycning files across multiple devices in office and the ability to access those files when I work from home. I tried other cloud sharing services and one of them lost some files or stopped syncing from time to time. I needed something reliable and Dropbox was it. I use it on the daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it handles deleted files. It lumps multiple deletions together so if you revert those files from their deleted files area it does addtional ones you don't want to restroe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our small business a way to share files internally and have a backup in the cloud should a problem arise with our internal file systems.
Dropbox Excels at Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for production collaboration and storing work. Makes it easy to share between devices and saves space on my desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive to pay for each year, and occasionally difficult to set up what files to offload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage space, I don't want to spend $3000 on a computer, so this helps reduce the cost.
It is vital to the way I work.

The effortless and seamless ability to import and export files both from the Internet and from my computer.

Occasional problems with encrypted files on Dropbox links

Research and Retention of information and transfer of information from my computers to other outside parties. I'm a heavy user of dropbox.

The ability to upload large video files from my phone directly to DB in order to edit them has been a breeze. A lot easier then some of the other platforms I was trying to use.

The price is a little high for my liking.

What do you like best about the product?
Effortless syncing, latest versions are automatically synced. I can work anywhere.

There's no efficient messaging system, we have to use outside apps to collaborate.

Solves the back and forth of accessing the latest files.

I preferred being able to use a separate app for Dropbox and not be browser dependent.

Wonderful & Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Dropbox has simplified trasferring large files. It has enabled us to drop files in specific folders to be run at specific times. Dropbox takes the stress out of file storage and transferring.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use large PowerPoint files and move them to Dropbox. I then download them to my targeted computer.
Works great and I enjoy the integration and mobile utility too

Using across devices and platforms, also works well with collaboration on my team.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding files by name, if the filename is long...
