Dropbox just makes your life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox keeps all of my files organized and SAFE! I can easily access it on the go on my phone or my laptop anywhere! The ease of sharing files with others, which is also safe makes you breathe easier knowing your information isn't just floating up in the internet air. Implementation was quick and easy. I use Dropbox weekly, and it was easy to integrate my files into this system. Customer support is knowledgeable and resolved one issue that I had that I could not figure out for the life of me. I love Dropbox and will use it for the rest of my life! -an organized lady!
What do you dislike about the product?
Took me a bit to learn everything and navigate all features. But I am also old. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making this more user friendly benefited me as I learned how to use all the features it has to offer.
It is excellent to use dropbox for sharing and uploading files.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access files, share with group and download. Customer support is excellent and efficient. Lots of advanced features. It is easy to share files with multiple users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow to access the files of others in shared folders.

data backup and sharing files with others.
A perfect storage solution.
What do you like best about the product?
I have most of my files uploaded to Dropbox rather than apple or google which I feel is more OS or device specific. Dropbox lets you customize much more than what other products does and they are always much more innovative than other ones
What do you dislike about the product?
More support for different file type viewers. I cannot view zip and pdf files at times properly

CN easily share files among my family

Dropbox is fast and easy to use. I have it installed on all my devices so I can have access to all my files wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that not everyone is using Dropbox!

Dropbox allows me to work from anywhere.
Overall Positive. Does what I suppose to do.

The 100GB sharing function is always nice to have. I perticularly love the request file functionality. It does not require the other user to have a Dropbox account.

The naming of plan! Come on, from professional to basis? Bad idea.

my files are always synced, and safe. I have 2PC and one Mac. So it is very handy

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I have a place to store large files and can share with others without having to transfer them electronically.

It is a 3rd party service and there is always a chance of being hacked.

Dropbox has been a great tool for storing large files on the go. The integration with the iPhone is especially helpful because I am able to download, store, and send files with just a few clicks. I found this especially helpful if there were work files that I needed to access when I did not have my laptop readily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think Dropbox has any encryption features, but that would be helpful.
