Multi task with the box
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of dropbox is the ability to have multiple people work on a document. This allows there to be no mistake as to which version is the newest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the least helpful aspect is the organization of that which is in the the dropbox. It is not easy to group items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It isnsolvingbthe issue of document versions. Keeping all edits on one doc.

What do you like best about the product?
The Dropbox user experience is just about seamless -- it's browser independent, intuitive, and fast. I've used competing services, and they just don't compare. Dropbox has saved me quite a lot of time and money, in terms of the cost of storage space and rigamarole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had minor problems in using both personal and professional accounts, but overall that's not a terrible thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I consult with groups that are physically distant, we use Dropbox for handoffs of information, especially draft documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Very nice and well thought out user experience that allowed for quick integration into my existin workflow. Ability to make folders online only or available locally with a quick click of the button is very helpful if you're dealing with very large geospatial datasets. Web and MacOS finder interfaces are a nice option and likely required a bit of coordination with OS developers. I know it's the same on the PC side. It's just a product developed with the user experience in mind which is a refreshing alternative to competitors like OneDrive or Sharepoint. You get what you pay for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is smooth. It would be nice to get an idea how long a syncing process is expected to take.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of large files within large files, version control management, and multiple individuals accessing files. DropBox does this weekk.
Easily accessible from all devises
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Dropbox is common enough for most people to use it and easily share files and folders. Also it's accessible and linked one every device

I didn't like that the new version stopped working for my older MacBook, so until I bought a new laptop, I could only use it on my phone

Easily and quickly sharing large files
10 years using Dropbox and I've loved every minute of it
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to share folders with associates and business partners alike. This makes collaboration and file sharing so much easier and faster. I use Dropbox for everything that requires sharing. From word documents to audio production files and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have seen is that before, the reciver of a shared folder would be able to open it in the app without a problem. Now if the shared folder is large is size, Dropbox makes the receiver get a plan in order to open it in the app since the free account does not give you much space. I found a work around of just sending the direct link to open it outside the app, but this should not be necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With quick sharing and instant collaboration you can work with anyone, anywhere, at any time. The benefit of being able to create what's needed and share it via cloud folder has made my work a lot more accessible to more clients and collaborators.

How easy and accessible the app is to share and upload large files.

Not a whole lot but maybe how basic the layout is with the color and minimalist look

They're API integration, productity tools and UI. Honestly most of the time I use their API in my softwares and it works superb

They could have slightly better pricing for students

It really helps to share things without issues and headaches. There's a lot of unique features and it's a simple tool.
Revolutionary and pioneer don’t always win
What do you like best about the product?
Works really well and is platform agnostic. Speed if really fast and the service is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Space is more limited compared to competitor and paid plan aren't that competitive.

It essentially killed the USB drive for me and is a great way to backup important file.

Accessibility in multiple places. One desk and mobile device.
