Flexible cloud storage tool that fix different needs
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is its integration with other cloud platforms -- you don't have to download the document to make the document live. Also, uploaded videos can be directly viewed from Dropbox. Another feature I also like is the file request option: rather than sharing the folder, you can share a link for a colleague to upload a document and maintain the privacy of the document and folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I currently dislike about Dropbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the need to store large files in my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I can access Dropbox from phone and computer. I like that I can star items to bring attention to my colleagues in my shared folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints with Dropbox, just the space fills up quickly with the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps my team and I collarborate, edit and share files for eight weekly newspapers. Using Dropnox allows us to share files for advertisements, videos, recordings. With my job our files are to large to be emailed. Dropbox makes file sharing easy. I like I can see when someone opens a shared folder. No second guessing if someone has seen something. Also a great feature is restoring deleted files! That can be a headache if you deleted something and a day later realizing you need it. With Dropbox you can restore deleted files in a certain perios of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for storing data. A helpful tool when you need to move files around.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is a bit confusing. Once ready though, it's pretty straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a very efficient way to store and retrieve large files for later use. It is very easy to distinguish text files from voice files. I use it regularly to save and recall sermons for later use or to retain pictures or large word files.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Dropbox does not interact seamlessly with certain software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Pastor and I frequently use the Dropbox features to record and later review the sermons to edit and tighten before sending them out to sick and shut-in members.

sometimes the wibsite doesnt work, and i dont know how to fix it. Dropbox doesnt have customer services where I can speak with an agent to fix the issue.

Not having more space and TB space. Needs to be a bit more versatile in that aspect.

Being able to get more space to and having to delete files since it is limited space.
Great software for store files

Easyniess of uploading and managing. Both from the laptop and phone app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on the size of files and not ability to see the excel files in the visual browser editor

Storing and sharing data between different depatments
Simple file backup service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for backing up and syncing files from your desktop and laptop computers. Great for traveling. No more lost files if something happens to your laptop along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Indexing thousands of small files makes the hard drive real slow. Downloading those file for offline storage takes more time than just putting them in to an archive and downloading that single archive by itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
speed of syncing between two physical computers in different locations across the internet
Unmatched Desktop Sync
What do you like best about the product?
How good the desktop client is. I've tried to switch to Google Drive, but the syncing of files is very unreliable. Also, Dropbox has constantly adding tools like the document scanner, that makes sense. I've been using it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing it could be more competitive. Also, if by any chance you need to move a huge amount of files to a different cloud, it's a huge pain. They make it hard for obvious reasons, but that's something they should be more open about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having quick access to files anywhere and secure backups, which in many cases has been a lifesaver.
