What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily I can access from my laptop and immediately sync what I upload through my mobile phones! As our phone capacity is never enough, dropbox is a must have to ensure our precious data such as photos, videos, work documents, backups are securely stored.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much frankly. As I use andriods, dropbox is a good compatible app.

Data storage limitations on phone.
Able to find a secured home for my work content and personal memories.

Fine service.

What do you like best about the product?
It does it's job as a cloud storage, it's easy to use has multiple features, and has good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only makes sense to pay for it if you don't plan on getting a hard drive. A few months of the more premium brands are usually paid for by saving money for a hard drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps store files for me.

Not many downsides for me. I don't think there's anything I'd want differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share media and files with other people and I can choose who sees what. It's great to be able to manage file sharing on that level with little effort.

The Tried and True Old Faithful for Cloud Storage

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's rock solid integration across many platforms, operating systems, and devices. Have good compatibility and automation across all platforms and not just a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high and free level access is pretty limited especially with the number of devices that can use the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of syncing across multiple devices using different platforms and operating systems.

Dropbox is integral to my business and works perfectly

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
simplicity, and the ability to have my files safely in the cloud yet still right at my fingertips, and the ability to sync and share with my team. IT is one of the few apps and services I use every single day, and it is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike to be honest, I guess if anything I'd like to be able to invest in a lifetime deal similar to pCloud ratehr than a subscription
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a global team and dropbox allows seamless collaboration without issues.

Trusty Dropbox

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over 10 years and there are 3 top reasons why I continue to:

1) Multi device sync
2) Integration with existing file system
3) It's lightweight!

The drag and drop capability is such a benefit to Dropbox and works so well with cross device syncing.

I consider Dropbox to be a trusted tool - I've rarely had to think about it because the platform just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only Dropbox gripe is that the app for Android can sometimes be clunky with larger files but this is rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to sync images, audio and other multimedia files to multiple devices for use in social media.

Along with this, it's a great photo repository for the various brands that I work with - I've always got the right file at my fingertips whenever I need it.
