Dropbox - the Easiest to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is so convenient, and because it syncs directly with Windows Explorer, I can easily access my files on either my laptop or my desktop. Being able to share file links with colleagues, even if they don’t have Dropbox, is also a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share large files and folders with colleagues, something I cannot do with email.

I like best that I can share files immediately with friends, colleagues, and clients.
If I share a video for instance, there's no processing time. That's a time savor.

Sometimes files are not acknowledged when you attempt to upload something.
So you have to cancel, and try again; sometimes reloading the page becomes part of the process.

Once the file in question is uploaded, Dropbox allows me to instantly share it with anyone I'm working with.

What do you like best about the product?
DropBox user interface is friendly and easy to navigate. I enjoy the features of being notified when files are updated, moving driles from online cloud storage to local storage, if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
For work, we have to use a different cloud storage provider and there's no doubt I prefer DropBox for personal and my own business use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily share files and access with colleagues and teammates. Whether online of via mobile app.
The Best in Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox continues to be user-friendly, quick to upload, and a life saver for organization. I've been using Dropbox since high school, so 10 years, and no other app has compared. Dropbox is so great that it led me to invest in the paid version which maximized the space to keep uploading. Worth every penny!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complains of Dropbox. The minor issue I have is to maximize storage size for free-users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to remain organized, allows my iPhone to stay uncluttered, and it's the source of beautiful memories of all files I've been able to store utilizing Dropbox

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the instant uploads and downloads with Dropbox. My photographer uploads photos and they are instantly ready for me to download and edit without sacrificing quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the website UI could be a bit more user friendly but installing the app is a better experience.

Quick high quality photo uploads rather than sending through text.
Mostly Good, Simple Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have a Dropbox folder built in directly to my desktop instead of having to use an application.

I am not a fan of the constant emails asking me to upgrade when I only use a limited amount

Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is super easy to use and accessible on my phone and computer. I can manage photos and documents from anywhere I am at via phone or laptop. Everything syncs and backs up so I can access the same documents and photos from my phone and laptop, making it super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The folder labels aren't super clear when you are inside of a folder.

Accessing documents from my phone and laptop on the go.
Unparalleled data storage and backup
What do you like best about the product?
Considering most of my projects run hundreds of gigs to multiple terabytes, it's important a client can see and update files as needed, as well as know their materials are safe and backed up.
Dropbox allows me to work on both independent and commercial projects at a low cost for a reasonable amount of storage.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more flexibility in plan options based on my creative and professional needs. It has a place but I would like to be able to send larger files without issue when working on long term projects and my current plan is somewhat limited in terms of how often I can upload and share data.

This service is offers more space than competitors and keeps data intact easier

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can create folders to share and assign to specific people rather than sharing the while Dropbox. It has been great to get assignment files from teachers or artwork and music between coworkers during projects. Other than work related stuff, it helped my family gather and organize photos and videos to preserve memories of my grandmother's life. I appreciate how user friendly and simple Dropbox is to use without too much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit laggy during syncing or coping the link to share can sometimes not work properly, but issues can otherwise be resolved from trial and error.

Being able to share specific folders and easy to organise folders without clutter.
