Reliable Cloud Repository
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, safe, cost- benefit, and always available tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specifically I would complain about.

Centralizing relevant data/information I can reach out anytime and anywhere.
The Only Cloud Storage Solution Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great for storing, sharing, viewing, and editing video and sound clips. I use it to share highlights of my teams games and it allows the players families to view the video on the site without even downloading them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sharing options can be a little misleading but overall this isn't a major problem but could be difficult for less tech savvy individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to store video and share it out to the families of my teams players.
An Efficient Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a reliable way to back up my folders and also work from my desktop at the same time so that I have all I need at my finger tips, especially when I'm travelling. I never worry about having what I need at hand regardless of where I am or what computer or laptop I am using. I use it on a daily basis, and find it easy to implement and to integrate new material.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features, I can't keep up with learning and researching everything so it can seem a little complicated beyond the basics I use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves my siutaion of collaboration and sharing, which saves many steps in my business dealings with others. We can all easily access material and quickly stay informed.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can access my secure files from anywhere. They allow me to be on the go for all my sensitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to go back to the functionality of an older version. Not every update is a desired one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The availability to access my files from multiple devices. I often work from my phone and being able to access them from it means that I can have information readily available when it counts.
Life saving in certain times.
What do you like best about the product?
Offline storage! Also instant syncing, and desktop backup. And you can share links right from your desktop./
What do you dislike about the product?
Backup plan prices can be a pain. And somethings are left to the user to discover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage space, and a way to share files directly from my computer. Also the ability to use the files on other computers easily.
Sharing audio files and receiving feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the shared audio files, as opposed to other cloud providers, are showing the waveform. Also I like the comment feature, allowing for direct feedback.

I usually opt for the browser option as the desktop app is still a bit confusing for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and secure transfer of audio files. Benefits me as I can share a link and whoever receives that link can download at high speed without needing to create an account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of access I have with Dropbox. I use Dropbox to upload pictures of the job sites I visit. From here I can easily share these experiences with family, friends, and subcontractors. I love the compatibility especially since I use my Apple iPhone and can access them from my Windows devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of a better plan is far too much for a college student like me.

Very limited free storage space and leaves you no options but to pay

Dropbox is simple to use, easy to communicate and share with my clients, and also for an affordable cost.

I constantly have to upgrade my plan for more space with my business being totally remote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of sharing files with multiple clients. I can be able to organize all the files in Dropbox and easily share them to others in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The desktop and mobile app are excellent, and easy to use. The ability to quickly and easily share files are directories is wonderful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The yearly cost could be lower, but I still feel that overall it's a value.
