What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a phenomenal tool for sharing files. Cannot recommend anything else.

I don't see any downside to utilizing DB

What do you like best about the product?
I can trust Dropbox to store my documents and keep them organized. I also can access it easily from multiple devices. In addition, it is easy to share documents with others whether or not they have Dropbox. I also love that it is easy to change my preferences on my computer and upload more files to Dropbox in order to free up storage space on my computer. Dropbox is reasonably priced for large data storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage is that when I am scrolling through photos in a folder, I wish they would scroll faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me store and share files efficiently and safely. I can trust Dropbox to store my files without any loss, and without any difficulty in retrieving them.

Accessing your data anytime, even via your cell or IPAD. I love the password-keeper benefit.

I wish the search feature was a little more user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox since the beginning, and I've loved it ever since! It's super easy to set up, and I love how it syncs all of my files among all of my computers.

I wish I had more space under my current plan, but I know I can always upgrade if I need more.

Dropbox allows multiple devices and enough storage for basic user.

Actually before update there were some down sides, now it's fixed well after update

Dropbox divided pdf files and uploaded photos so that accessing files became faster than previous.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can access my files anywhere at anytime and they sync automatically between multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually configuring some of the syncing as I deal with large files - there is the possibility of overloading internet usage before getting a chance to make the file offline on a machine at home.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no concerns with hard drives ever failing as all project files are secure with Dropbox.
Very Good Platform For Saving Important Documents For Work

I love how convenient it is and how I can store everything and anything I want without worrying about space.

I don't dislike anything about Dropbox yet.

Dropbox saves me a lot of storage on my personal computer/laptop. I also save money on purchasing hard drives or flash drives.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, dropbox has been essential in organizing and sharing audio specific files, and especially easier to upload good quality audio for backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
One general downside of dropbox is the standard storage size, although the free account option does still have good storage opportunity.

Dropbox is EVERYTHING!
What do you like best about the product?
I use my Dropbox on my phone, tablets, home & work computers and everything syncs! I am able to save, email, and modify documents with ease on any device! It's also easy to share with others...
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside to Dropbox is that my job's servers block outside clouds. But I use my Hotspot to get around that as needed! Sometimes, those who use the free Dropbox account don't have enough storage to have a lot of pictures or files shared with them. But that's on them... I LOVE Dropbox!

Being able to save & access my work across multiple devices is a huge benefit in my work!
A reliable and fast way to work with your documents on the cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
Comparing it to Google Drive, the documents synchronize much faster due to the better performance of the sync engine, in my opinion, this daily time saving feature makes it worth considering over the competition. Dropbox is simple to set up and the fact that you can just right click to set your documents on the cloud and save storage or make it available offline/locally is really handy. It is nice that Dropbox has been aware of the storage issues that we can meet when using multiple devices and prepared default settings on each app that are well-thought. I have also found the search feature on the iPhone app to be fast and reliable. Customer support has been great, fast and sound the only time that I have needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with macOS has been a little chaotic, especially with the Spotlight search. The communication could have been better handled by Dropbox staff on the support forum.
My recommendations of Dropbox usually fail as its pricing is higher than the competition, people around me consistently choose to sacrifice the performance provided by Dropbox over a more economical-friendly competitor. It is likely a conscious business decision from Dropbox to target more demanding users though.

Backup my documents on the cloud, therefore securing them in case my devices fail or are stolen.
