Dropbox is Great
What do you like best about the product?
Great for file storage, both online and offline. Plans are reasonably priced and you have the opportunity to get more base storage by referring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the files I upload take a while to process before I can access them elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes collaborating easier with simple file sharing. One person uploads, and everyone else can see and use it.

It is very easy to use and connects with a MacBook effortlessly.

Perhaps the interface should be more vibrant and colorful.

What do you like best about the product?
It backs up my pictures directly from my phone so I never have to worry if my phone gets lost or damaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to download a picture to my computer.

Good overall for syncing across devices
What do you like best about the product?
If you have multiple devices, the ability to save a document and have it available across device make for a much more productive workflow. Also ability to share folders with clients is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
2gb of free storage is a little less. Should have more base storage in this day and age.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files by email is cumbersome. Sharing a Dropbox folder is more efficient
Dropbox for safety and reliability
What do you like best about the product?
It is fastest and works in all situations. Whether I am on company network or my cafe network, or linux or mac, while other services sometimes create problems on different OS or location, dropbox always every time works. It is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only think that prices are higher than competing services for large storage. Apart from that, it's only worth it.

Sharing large files of data seemlessly across devices and locations
It helps me share videos easily with my colleagues.

It's ability to add people to a team and the Slack extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes for something to upload to a team.

Once uploaded, everybody in the team can view the work completed in its full quality.
I have been using Dropbox close to 15 years now and my experience is nothing but awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I could signin in up to 3, 4 devices is a plus. I have been able to keep projects across my devices for years without loosing data. Dropbox has helped me managed my files in ways I have never imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is great in every ramifications. The only thing for me was that if I needed to link another device after exhausting my quota, I would have to unlink a device to add another one. Although this does not make me dislike the product in actual sense since its a business policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me prevent data loss when I was an IT Administrator in my formal role.

I like being able to access my files at all times and I like the functionality of the website.

I can't think of anything. I'm pretty happy with Dropbox.
