Templates are limited for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signature of contracts was always an admin nightmare, now it is done effectively and organised

Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Saved templates, helps to get paperwork sent out faster. I can even send paperwork using my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't have any complaints, this program has helped my business run so much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to create more time in session with clients, rather than doing paperwork, leaving more focus on the client. Less frustration when completing paperwork. Easy to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a simple efficient way to get paperwork signed and completed, this is definitely the best I have come across. It is also more affordable than other programs.
I have had nothing but good experiences on HelloSign. It is simple to use, quick, and efficient.

I appreciate that Hellosign is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike about this site. In the future, I hope for this to automatically download into one system to make it easier to keep track of documents.

We need to have people sign policy changes to keep records, and HelloSign has made that possible. I have realized that the benefit is record keeping.

Very easy to use and affordable signing solution

I love the simplistic look of Hellosign and its easy integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some added fields, instead of custom, would be helpful. DocuSign has a lot of those features, and makes it a lot easier when setting up forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were handsigning forms and it wasn't practical, or downloading the PDFs and hten adding the signature as an image.
Makes contract execution so much easier!

You can highlight sections that warrant signee's attention

Sometimes i confuse myself with textbox vs. signature etc. Maybe make it more obvious?

I no longer need to resend contracts because clients missed a field here or there.

The user interface for filling out documents is very intuitive, and allows for quick work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing I dislike. I'm a realtor and my broker subsidizes Dotloop for their agents, but i pay for hellosign myself because it is superior.

Hellosign increases my workflow and cuts down on my time filling out the seemingly endless documents required for real estate transactions.

The platform is simple and easy to follow, and the various field options are nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I'd recommend HelloSign to someone if they asked, I just don't run around telling people about it unprovoked.

Being able to send forms for signature when the majority of our employees are remote is very helpful.

Quick, fast and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to share information with clients and receive information back in a simple and streamlined way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the person receiving cannot receive a Word version they can edit, which sometimes causes issues since Legal needs to review our documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we are able to see when clients review our documents, how many times they view them, and share and receive documents that are executed quickly.

Use it for fast and streamlined methods to send documents to clients.

This program is extremely simple to use. It saves all your contacts for quick reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in awhile it doesn't allow me access to my contacts that are saved. BUT by logging out and logging back in it does seem to reset itself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again it is very straight forward and easy to use. All my clients also find it easy to sign. I am overall very happy with my years of using this program!
