Effortless Cloud Sync and Convenience—A Flawless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud storage offers convenient and rapid file synchronisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such everything is fine and good to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting important information has been very helpful for our team, as it allows us to use the same document across different servers and locations.
Automatic Backups Are Great, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I love the auto backups when connected to our computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints, for Dropbox. If anything it's a little expensive, as that cost ads up wuick with the users and the storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the ability for our designers to always have their design they are working on always available and backed up. This way if needed another person can pick right up where they left off.

simplicity and rock-solid reliability. It just works. The sync technology is fast, efficient, and incredibly dependable also, the desktop client and mobile apps are minimalist, clean, and easy to navigate

Dropbox has become one of the more expensive options for the amount of storage you get when compared to google or microsoft

problems of file access, backup, and sharing. started off with the idea of universal access
Effortless File Sharing and Top-Notch Security with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use interface, can easily upload, organize and share my files by using Dropbox. Its universal and also has security features of File encryption and TFA which helps me not worry about the data shared using Dropbox. I love that files gets synced across my devices. I use it very often for my professional and personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version offers only 2GB of storage, which is quite limited. For my small organization, the business plan can be expensive, and I have also noticed that syncing large files sometimes takes a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me solve myfiles scattered across the devices,also the high risk of losing files due to hardware collapse is omitted if i have those files securely saved on dropbox. And Dropbox cloud based access offline sync helps me resolve remote team work these days

Great Features and Usability, But Pricey with Limited Free Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to work offline, lots of integrations and ability to configure lots of features (expiring links, passworded documents...) Plus the UX is easy to use and has a very smooth learning curve. Used it quite frequently
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive when compared to other solutions, and the free package allows for very little space. Searching capabilities are quite limited to (not entering into the detail of files - not great OCR)

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Dropbox is how seamlessly it functions. Its simplicity and reliability mean I never have to spend time figuring things out. My files remain synchronized across all my devices, and sharing links with colleagues or external partners is always straightforward and fast. The version history feature has rescued us several times when a document was mistakenly deleted or overwritten. Overall, Dropbox is one of those tools that works efficiently in the background, never interfering with my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
When handling large folders or collaborating with many shared users, syncing can become slow or even stall, which can be quite frustrating. As you add more files, storage usage increases, and costs can rise quickly, especially for larger teams. The customization options are more limited than with some other storage solutions, and there can be confusion if several people rename or move files at the same time. Customer support is decent, but it’s not always easy to reach a live representative; most assistance comes from online resources. However, once everything is set up, you rarely need to contact support, as the service generally runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Dropbox has made it much easier for us to keep all our shared documents organized and accessible in a single location. Previously, our files were scattered across various computers, buried in email attachments, or stored on old drives, which made managing different versions extremely difficult. Now, everyone can work from the same, most current files, with changes syncing automatically. Collaboration has also become much simpler. Instead of sending large files back and forth via email, we just share a link, giving everyone immediate access. The version history feature has been a lifesaver more than once, especially when someone accidentally deletes or overwrites something. All in all, Dropbox helps our team stay coordinated, minimizes confusion, and saves us considerable time searching for the correct version of a file.

Files sync rapidly across all my devices, so I never have to worry about version mismatches or losing important information. The shared folders and links make collaborating on projects with people outside my organization very straightforward. The cost is a bit on the higher side and large file take a while to sync occasionally.

Dropbox makes managing and sharing files really smooth. I use it to organize documents across my devices and easily share them with colleagues or clients without worrying about file size or format.

It's just when the internet fluctuates a little, it affects the upload speed which I know is normal but pretty much it's all good. I use it mainly for uploading and sharing files

Great for Large File Sharing, But Limited by Recipient Access
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can keep large files and deliver large files using drop box.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Dropbox is that not everyone uses it, so you can only share a Dropbox document with someone who already has the software. This limitation can make it less convenient when you need to send files to people who do not have a Dropbox account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our office, we use a variety of software programs across different networks. Dropbox enables us to share files efficiently without having to grant full access to our internal systems.
