What do you like best about the product?
I use Hello Sign as the contract signing software for clients. Both clients and I are amazed at how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hello Sign allowed 2-3 templates in its basic plan instead of 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding an easy way to onboard Clients. With a Template, I avoid wasting time customizing each contract for each client.

What do you like best about the product?
Its quick and easy to use. I can send to multiple people to sign at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that page at the end that gets automatically attached to the document. I'd rather that be separated.

In the mist of the pandemic , its convenient to have a program that helps get things done.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to find older documents I've signed so it also acts as signed document storage. It's also nice to "nudge" contracts without following up directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could edit the documents after filling them out initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to move contracts through very easily and quickly. This helps us start engagements even faster.

I like how easy it is to create templates, and the electronic signature is super helpful with our business transactions.

Honestly i can seem to think of anything i dislike,i have used docusign for years with multiple companies.

It has really saved time, with fax and mailing documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface to edit documents for signature is super user friendly, and I have had very few messages filtered to spam through the service, unlike some other signature platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some minor issues when filling out form templates where I have to hit keys multiple times as I'm typing. It's only been one particular template, and it seems to be doing better with the recent updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy signature requests, saves a lot of time chasing down signatures and keeping track of signed docs.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up documents and easy for the end-user to complete requests.

There is limited functionality in modifying text within documents.

Using HelloSign has made obtaining legal signatures very easy and accessible for all of my clients.
Reliable service + easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is simple to use and a vital service to cover liability.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the cheapest out there -- there are other similar services that cost less, which is important for small businesses starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get contracts and waivers signed easily. You have a paper trail that's legally binding in case you have any future issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've had no issues with clients signing their contracts using this service -- something that is easy on the client end is really important, so I recommend Hellosign for getting your contracts and agreements signed with a legally binding signature.
Works exactly as expected
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is no-frills, super easy to use, and affordable. I like that I'm able to send docs in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero complaints about it. That's largely because I really don't want or need anything more complicated: I like that I just assign individuals to the sig blocks on my templates and then click send. They've made it completely intuitive and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were managing contracts and agreements with an arduous process that required a ton of back-and-forth, downloading, uploading signatures (editing in Preview, mostly), and then saving them in a Google Drive folder. At scale, that's just not feasible. HelloSign has made the process dead simple.

It is slow to add documents: I would like the platform o be a lot faster for downloading any pdf to fill out. Also the reordering functionality is not practical. Sometimes you can't grand the documents you want to reorder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time because now all my agréments are signed elle Toni ally. Also it is way easier and faster to navigate in the history of documents so I rapidely find what I am looking for

Much easier than docusign. I dropped it for hellosign and I do not regret it
Streamlines Day to Day Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign removes the dread associated with the typical scan/sign/re-scan paperwork that's all managed through attachments in your email. It creates a centralized repository of business documents that are all in the same location and guaranteed to be legally executed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if HelloSign could use AI to streamline the workflow of adding editable boxes on top of the documents. If it could detect that there are fields that need to be filled out or are likely candidates for signatures, it would be awesome if it could reduce the number of clicks to make that happen for typical business forms and contracts that are template-based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HelloSign to streamline the execution of legal documents. My most common legal docs are typically NDAs, consulting agreements for contractors, and lightweight investor documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do unto others as you have them do unto you. Would you want to get a PDF that you have to print, sign, scan, or otherwise manipulate and send back? Or would you want to click/tap a few times to execute it. People will appreciate that you've implemented a thoughtful and efficient process for what is a really mundane and dreaded workflow.
