Convenient, easy, flexible. I find the PC integration makes it easy to get the most out of Dropbox

It is getting expensive to use the tool.

Dropbox is Great for Personal and Business Use
What do you like best about the product?
No matter what interface you use for Dropbox (web, mobile, PC/Mac app) it is responsive, easy to use, and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free service is not what it used to be, but still worth using and paying for to get all the features and more storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File transfer between devices, document sharing and collaboration, backups and more.

Dropbox is easy to use, great plans for storage and safe, which is most important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints yet but I wish I could search by date.

The interface looks good, it's easier to move files around than google drive, and it doesn't automatically hijack the document folder like one drive

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and I've never had an issue with security or file loss and use it often. It's easy to implement and integrate with great customer support - though I've not needed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately on the basic plans you can only attach so many devices and I work across a lot of computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to effectively use files across multiple computers.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use it for all my needs. Being able to access my files on the fly is why I'm happy. I travel and have everything as if I were at my desk.

Nothing that I can think of. I still just easy.

Reliable and Consistent Storage for Designers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox both integrates with Finder on a Mac OSX, but is also shareable via a browser. It's easy to use, and allows me to offload the physical storage of documents and files into the "online only" mode to save space on my personal or work computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only I am unsure of or don't like is that I get notices that I'm short on storage when I know for a fact there is no way I am using the full storage amount. I feel it's a bit deceptive to get to you a higher-cost plan.

File storage, organization, ease of use with Mac OSX

Regular automatic uploads settings help without needing reminders

My one negative comment on my experience with Dropbox is the annual fee change for the same storage service that has been in place for some time.

Nothing much to dislike. Perhaps create a new design for the features.
