It gives me whatever I’m expecting from a cloud platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to login. User friendly interface. A lot of colleagues use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to my mind. It provides whatever I needed so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing data with my colleagues and collaborators in no time. Everyone is already a user, no need to explain to them that it is a safe and trustworthy platform.

It's super simple and easy to use.
It's the best method of sending large documents to clients.
It's the best method of sending large documents to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is great. Thereis nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps us send clients large volumes of photos with ease.
Secure and reliable cloud storage interface
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is inconspicuous and doesn't require additional steps to access or save files in Windows. It's just folders that are cloud-linked. I use dropbox across all my devices and I have never had a document save the wrong version in Dropbox, which makes a difference. I always know whether I am auto-saving or whether I need to manually save documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dropbox website is a bit clunky and hard to navigate to find files I need. I hardly ever use it, but when I do, it is less confidence-inspiring than the folders saved on my computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of multiple work locations. I also use google drive, but I don't feel it is as easy to navigate folders and I like the more rigid file folder structure of Dropbox.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to work and sync my files across multiple devices. The ability for clients to review and leave feedback without leaving Dropbox is super useful and easy to explain for them to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use a refresher I guess but not a deal breaker
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the process of uploading large files that I share with my clients and allow them to leave reviews and feedback easily.
Great Cloud Service
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfull thing abount Drobpox is that I can share folders to anyone I want, either by invitingthem using their email or simply by sending them a ling genereted by Dropbox. I also that I can deside if they can modify the content or not or even put a password on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I dislike is that they dont offer a lifetime payment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to share all the files I need to send to difent people and they cand upload in the same folder the process back
Use Drop Box for Best Practices backups
What do you like best about the product?
We use Drop Box to back up critical files as an off site, crash and fire-proof utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep redundant copies of your Drop Box password so you never lose it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Off-site file storage
Good, but missing important things for a business
What do you like best about the product?
I can use the app which is much easier than uploading on the computer
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients who do not have an upgraded version of dropbox can't access all files or don't have enough dropbox space, so not a good way to send files to clients which is the majority of my business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending files.
Service is getting bad
What do you like best about the product?
Confiable sync, history version files, easy link share of file
What do you dislike about the product?
Previews of online-only files don't appear anymore, changes to File Provider is a huge setback
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files uptodate and file backup are the principal functions of my workflow
Essential file-sharing tool for my business
What do you like best about the product?
I own an event planning company, and I have several freelancers who need constant and instant access to all of the client files, schedules, details, and notes. Dropbox is an invaluable tool for connecting all of us together and making sure we're all on the same page. It is easy to update files and set privacy and access permissions. It is also easy to share documents with my clients as well, without the need for large email attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Dropbox is having to set some documents offline if you know you are going somewhere with limited cell service/wifi. It's usually not a problem, but accessing from your phone on the road can be tricky if you're not near civilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us all tied together, even when we are states apart. Also, allowing my clients to quickly see updated documents that they need for their planning and vendor purposes.
