Perfect for our business
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to access all of our artwork and business documents from any computer or device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike.

Helping everyone access the artwork needed for our projects.
Dropbox makes small business life easier
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily access any document, video, or picture on any device is a game changer that makes doing business on the go simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for the yearly storage is a bit excessive, as there are other apps out there that are significantly cheaper. I would also like an easier method of searching from the phone app

The main benefit for me with dropbox is the ability to access content quickly from any device

When adding files sometimes it fails or sits in the queue for ages and doesn't work

Love that I can choose which files to store on my laptop and which ones to store only online. The ease of accessing any file from any device is terrific.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of storage in the free version, but I feel the price is reasonable for the extra storage.

Dropbox easily integrates into my business infrastructure. It is useful and versatile. I do not have to do a lot to get it to work. No major learning curve. It's great...
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Dropbox on several different computers. I use it for Mac as well as Linux systems. I would like to have the same feature of having files stored off-site only as I can on Mac as well as Linux. I want this so I can save disk space on my Linux computer.

Off-site storage of important files. These files are being used constantly.
Convenient and razor fast

works very well.. syncs files across devices fast and without issues. handles conflicts pretty well. can open some files in inbuilt tools of dropbox

the paid plans can introduce another tier. one that costs 2/3$ a month

A Great Cloud Storage Service with a Long History
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of moving files between devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits have changed over time, though not dramatically or without notice.

I have a lot of PDFs that I want to be able to access on multiple devices. Dropbox let's you just drop the file in the right folder, and it shows up on every linked device within moments.
No nonsense file storage
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quick installation & integrates well across all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get costly if your using a lot of storage space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing job files between a company that creates artwork and a company that processes & prints artwork. It makes it easy for all users to check that files are correct.
