Accessing my work and files anywhere in the world
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain, been a user since inception
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My files and work are always up to date, I don't run the risk of multiple copies or opening the wrong file to work on.
Flagship Fileshare and Backup
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and availability of the platform across devices. I love the automatic Mac OS backups as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when someonoe shares a file with you, it counts against your data usage. Shouldn't only one person be charge for the storage of a file?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly and effeciently share and collaborate on files, frequently large pieces of media. Also a sealess cloud storage/backup interface for Mac OS.
Great tool but updates are always complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I like I can save space on my computer by having all my files in the cloud. Also, I think the cost-benefit is fair. I like viewing the files from my Finder; it makes it so much easier. Sharing files is also super easy. Overall, it's my favorite cloud tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
With every update, my already downloaded files need to be re-downloaded, making it super hard because some of those files are very large, and I have to wait a very long time to be able to use them. The same thing happens with whole folders, and I have to go back and repeatedly choose which file I want to view offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my files safe in the cloud without taking up much space on my computer. I also work on different devices at the same time, so it makes it easier to access the files and share them. This is super beneficial for me because it's time saving and I can ensure I'm working with the latest version of my file.
Dropbox is easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive to use. Installs easily and I have never had a reason to need customer support. I use it about once a week and it does a great job of sharing files and storage.

There is not anything I don't like about dropbox.

Storing files and sharing them selectively and securely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how dropbox allows for seamless work and sharing among a group of people. Its easy to use and make it sync to your computer in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how dropbox has trouble uploading things in real time from time to time. You have to go back and recheck it all synced. Also, the design is feeling very old. It could be nice to have a modern redesign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is having a place to store all documents and files in one that place that your team can access. This helps by keeping it all in one place.
Life-saver
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to backup and access my files online in an efficient way. The rewind option has saved me on numerous occasions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is fantastic and I would recommend it to any professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows my team to work concurrently without worrying about version numbers since everything is synced.
Excellent for linux via command line
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very useful for linux command line access. We were easily able to create a script for automated cloud backups. It has a very extensive programming interface.

I have not encountered anything objectionable

What do you like best about the product?
I can access my account on my laptop as well as my mobile phone. I most often save and upload images on my smartphone,and then send them via email on my laptop. It is also convenient to send recieve documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Presently, I like all the features I use.

Ease of uploading files and folders, convenient for sharing large files and easily collaborative.

Monthly fee is a little high, with no option for a lower charge for infrequent use.

Allowing for ease of large file transfers as I am in a remote position with my company.
The best way to share images and videos
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity of the filing system, the easy way to access and download images and videos on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone uses it and when I am sent something else I curse
