Dropbox is my recommendation regularly
What do you like best about the product?
So many features of Dropbox are fabulous. As a web designer, I love that my clients can upload backups of their websites automatically to Dropbox using UpDraftPlus. Dropbox storage has saved my clients from having to re-do large websites simply because they had an automated backup copy.
Dropbox is easy to send out links. Easy to sell items and have others download them. I used to have temporary download options and many clients would forget to download and the link would expire but with Dropbox, it is a solid link without an expiration.
As a designer, it is great to have backups for clients on Dropbox instead of storing the files on my main computer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to edit a little more ... documents inside there.

storage, sharing, collaboration
So convenient and user friendly I never have to think about it
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates seamlessly with Windows Explorer, and syncs almost instantly with all my other devices, ( my Mac, iPhone, iPad, printer). I use it every day, constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot think of any downsides. Have used other cloud, services, and dropbox has had the least bugs. I've used it for so long now that I don't remember the initial set up so I cannot comment on the ease of initial set up. I have never had to call Customer Support so I also cannot comment on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to work across several platforms at the same time. Several computers, as well as iPhones, iPads, etc. can access the same document simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, file management. Like that it helps to organize my everyday life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relatively few free space. UI is a bit clunky sometimes.

Organizing files and important documents which are always at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it much easier to keep large files at my disposal on any platform I may be using at the time. Dropbox also provides me a place to share large files with just about anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I continue to get pestering emails from Dropbox warning me my storage is low with the intention to sell me something. I am well able to manage my space and will purchase additional space when I truly need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I already stated, Dropbox makes it eaiser to share large files with almost anyone.
Dropbox comes with handy tools for storage.

Perhaps, the interface can be a little confusing for me, but overall it is not an issue.

It's way overpriced. $350/year is too much. My local realtor association offers your competitors platform for free

What do you like best about the product?
Userfriendly and inciteful, the ability to use it on my laptop, mobile and in any place make for un preassurised feeling of safety.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ive not found anything that I dislike todate, and Ive been using it now for 12 years. Its safeguarded my information and kept on hand wherever in the world I am.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont need to have reems of paper as everything is in my Dropbox folders and what more beneficial way to have it all on hand!

I like that we can securely share only the files or folders that we want with others. It's easy to access and organize. It's easy to use and has so many options.

There isn't anything I dislike about it.

This helps us share files and folders securely in the workplace and keeps everything organized.
Love DropBox
What do you like best about the product?
I work for my local town government and sharing files with Council members is super easy with Dropbox! Files are super easy to upload and share. I can always go back and check previously uploaded files and print if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be sharing files. If the person you are sharing your files with doesn't have a DropBox account, they have to make one and sometimes people do no like to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DropBox is making it easier to share files with our local government officials. Before each Council meeting, I have to send out packets with upcoming information to every Council member. A few of those Council members have DropBox and it is so much easier to share the files with them instead of standing at the copier, making copies for all the Council.
Dropbox - Makes working easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have full control over what someone can access or edit the files. It is much easier to use than their competition. I can simply drag and add files and create a link to share within 1 minute. Instantly sharing files anywhere from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to learn it compared to others such as onedrive, but once I got the hang of it is simple. i do not like the app on the computer so i work through the folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share large files such as architecture plans and other zip files. This is a game changer.
