Dropbox user experience review
What do you like best about the product?
You can get the file anywhere, I mean ANYWHERE, such as your cell phone, your laptop, desktop as long as you install them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not sync correctly. Occasionally two people opened the same file and did amendment, it does not consolidate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to get the file, save the file, etc.
The easiest way to organise my freelance and personal life digitally
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to find and share files with friends and colleagues, how simple it is to organise and how it seamlessly integrated with both Windows and Mac without any issue. I can swap between my different computers without any worry or confusion.
I've used it every day, constantly since I signed up, unless I don't use a computer at all that day.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat expensive, I'd like it if the price was reduced slightly but otherwise it is great.
The only feature I would like added is I cannot currently find an easy way to synchronise Dropbox with an external hard drive, because I live somewhere remote I like to use Dropbox to automatically synchronise and update files and as a back up, but I also need a copy saved on the hard drive rather than just in the cloud, Dropbox doesn't seem to have a way to easily include files/folders on external hard drives. If it allowed that it would be absolutely perfect.

Simple to Use, Instant Access from all Devices
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly is key for apps and it doesn't get simpler than DropBox. In addition to being easy to use and providing instant access from all my devices, I trust that all my data is securely saved in the Cloud. I travel and work from many locations and this app is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced one downside to Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of real-time back-up of all my work. My internet speed is not top notch so the services that back everything up daily get bogged down and don't work for me.
Happily using the free plan
What do you like best about the product?
As a solo freelancer, I don't use Dropbox's sharing features for actual work, but I do use it to get materials from clients and to send final files to clients, and it works flawlessly and invisibly. I also use it as an extra layer of backup for works-in-progress, and it works just as invisibly for that. It's a sturdy part of my regular workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a large gap between the free plan and the lowest end paid plan, and in that gap would be my sweet spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is how to get large files from and to clients

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes working remote so easy, quick and convenient. I can easily sign documents and get them to my assistant for mailing so quickly and conveniently. Whether it is a document I created (like correspondence) or signing and certifying an internal document, completion is just a few clicks away. I use Dropbox regularly, It has become a staple in my practice because of the ease of using it/impelemtation (for the features I currently use it for.

I feel there is much more to Dropbox then I am aware of and taking advantage of. It may be a little intimidating for someone less tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox takes away any issues of working remotely when it comes to sharing important documents.
Work using for Archival Purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Its longevity. The fact that it is still standing whilst others have come and gone, Dropbox is still the most prolific cloud storage out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be pricey depending on how much storage you need, but worth the price to keep vast ammounts of data.
