organize and store safely
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to save impotant files. its easy to access saved information from any computer. I use it frequently because it is used.

I find that i have no dislikes at this point.

Useful and secure tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an essential tool for collaboration and teamwork. While editing files inside a team, Dropbox allows faster syncing with its LAN synch. Sharing files outside the organization is pretty easy now with the new tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has been working fine for my team and my business. I don't have any regrets about choosing it as my platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from multiple computers and devices is easy with Dropbox. The lan sync is absolutely a must have tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about using Dropbox is that you are almost never aware you are using it. The documents you store there are available across platforms and devices, and soon after you start with it, all its key features function by default.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for more than 10 years now, and honestly, I cannot think of a single thing that I don't like about the software. They go it right and seem to have focused on keeping functionality robust rather than adding new features for the sake of innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work primarily from home but our firm has three locations I need to visit on an as-needed basis. Dropbox makes sure I have access to the documents and files I need no matter where I am working.
Easy, Efficient, On the Go, One Stop Access
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about drop box is the offline feature where once a document as been uploaded and synced to be made accessible when not connected to the internet is absolute perfection. Imagine heading to a presentation and for some reason there is no internet access? No problem. Your document is already available. On your way to an exam? You have all your course PowerPoint or previous essays you've written at your finger tips. No worries about space or connectivity

Only improvement would be the upload rate for videos

easy to use, saves 'space' on my laptop.

Dropbox is one of many cloud storage providers. Since I use it I recommand it, no particular reason.
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast enough, It's simple to operate, and many others use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shred folders are not marked well. I would like to see a clear indication on or in a shared folder so I can monitor sharing once in a while.
The sync app works a little slow sometimes. I wish the algorithm would syne folders I use often or lastly, first, so I will have the most relevant folders available before syncing all other data.

Files are with me all the time. Files are secured on a distant server. I have storage space available.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for 10+ years to help keep my files organized and safe while also minimizing what's stored directly on my personal device.
Ease of use and integration with my laptop allows me to move files to and from when needed as well as providing a great backup to store older files.
I also appreciate the ability to use the app from my phone when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
A challenge I have with Dropbox is similar to any other storage - I forget what's there and have storage creep. It would be great to have an easier way to review and delete older files. Otherwise, for me, there's not much I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share files with others easily as well as provides me with backups to critical files.
I have only praise for Dropbox

I am able to save and store all files, no matter what type, and know that they are always available and retrievable on any computer if necessary.

The support system seems lacking to me. When I need something I want a direct answer from Dropbox and not have to go through other support groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I store all my files for my translation business on Dropbox, and no longer need any other cloud service.
The efficiency of Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that it's easy to access my documents and quickly browse for what I need when sending or emailing something to someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that I had to start paying a fee, which isn't such a downside because I started using more space as well as others so I guess this has to be funded somehow.

I'm able to store important information, share it and quickly access it.
