Overall happ with the service
What do you like best about the product?
That I can easily decide which folders are available online & offline
What do you dislike about the product?
Not directly linked but before I was using Boxscriptor (for years) but they terminated my contract with me AFTER DROPBOX purchased them. I didn't really understand why there was no option to remain with them...they just kicked me out without an option to continue. Was that your policy or theirs?

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The fact that there's an app on your phone too.
What do you dislike about the product?
For shared files if you use certain characters in the folder name it won't save.

We are able to share client documentation that has sensitive info in a secure manner.

Dropbox is a great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day to sync files between machines. It is very fast and makes it easy to share files.

Nothing at this point. I use it all the time.

We have a group of composers who use Dropbox to share our scores back and forth.

I really love the integration with my laptop, it's super easy to sync it in my Finder application
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the website clunky and difficult to use, and the app itself isn't very user friendly. I feel I'm will constantly clicking on things and not going anywhere.

It stores all my files so my laptop doesn't get overloaded, and makes it easy to share files with clients (and change sharing permissions)

The limited free space. I wish that there was more space.

The fact that Dropbox works just everywhere and seamlessly integrates into my work flow.

There isn't much I don't like - if it were free it'd be great, but it's worth the money.

I use multiple computers throughout the day and having them all sync files and my work flow makes myife so much easier. I don't even have to think about whether I shared the file correctly or whatever. The collaboration tools are really nice too, but we havent used those as often
Simple and secure
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and very secure. Everything where and when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything works as intended. I have no complaints.

Collaborating with multiple users and doing so in an old school public drive setting that's in the cloud and secure

What do you like best about the product?
I can save files on my desktop or phone and access them on laptop and vice versa. It is an incredible time saver and the best part is that it does everything automatically behind the scenes

There are storage limits based on which plan you choose. I myself havent gone over the limit but am mindful that it is there
