Seamless integration with MS Office and much else
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been my default file organiser for at least 15 years and is particularly useful in the following respects:
1) it functions as a file/folder management system on iOS (much better than relying on iOS' own file system)
2) integration with MS Office is very welcome and seamless- I edit many docs/spreadsheets on the fly this way. Of course, One Drive/ SP does something similar, but they involved more complication when syncing to desktop folders that can be easily backed up.
3) I back up my Mac OS app Dropbox folder on regular basis and sync contents with a flashdrive. All this is seamless, quick and easy. I found other cloud providers etc. less flexible,
4) Many apps I used offer Dropbox as integrated storage- Notabilty especially.
5) It is stable

What do you dislike about the product?
The nags to upgrade can be a pain.
More flexible plans would be good (I don't need huge storage).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows file swapping and back ups to go on in the background without getting in the way. Particular with iOS, it allows a portable hierarchical file-folder organisation system that is very valuable in contexts where that is not otherwise easily obtainable.
I am with with Dropbox for many years
What do you like best about the product?
1 st i liked the fact that i can increase my space for free, using invite links to friends.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that the work I spent precious time creating is safely backed up and easily accessible anytime from anywhere by anyone on my team gives me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like that is a Dropbox issue. My personal issue is that I did not set my files up properly from the start and there's a lot of duplication.
Perhaps a tutorial on cleaning up file for longtime users would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to share and store files from someplace other than my hard drive.
Great Business App
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox helps me seamlessly coordinates with my remote contractors and allows me to seamlessly work from multiple devices. I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wonder about the security of Dropbox, but how could I ever really know? I've never had to contact customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration and multiple access points
I’ve used drop box for years and it has helped me tremendously
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save files on my desktop but not take up space
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe if I had to complain... give me more space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Space on my laptop, easy to share files with my clients
Well-designed
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's product design is the best I've used for cloud services, especially with the desktop app. It's seamless, simple, and not unnecessarily convoluted like Google Drive or OneDrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey compared to others while the featureset isn't as complete. I still use Google Docs and so on and so forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the best for sharing externally. There would always be a huge process for Google Drive or ugly.
The Only File Sharing App You Need
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to its competitors, Dropbox is more secure, supports a wider variety of files, and syncs files faster. It's the perfect app if you need to collaborate on a project and share files back and forth, or if you just want to sync up your own files between your devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're an Apple/Mac user, then you're used to free syncing between devices. Dropbox has a free plan, but there are limitations with that, so not great if you want to share files with other users and are looking for a free way to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally have an iPhone, but I use my work computer a lot because I don't have my own laptop. And my work computer uses OneDrive. So having Dropbox not only allows other users to share things with me and vice versa, but I can sync files with my accounts regardless of the operating system.
Streamlined Collaboration Made Easy with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sync our team's files in one place without having redundant records and ease of use of course.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a specific thing that I dislike but it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my team, we mainly focus on customizing Jasper reports for our clients, which can take some time to deliver to production due to the need for pull requests. However, using Dropbox, we can simply place the report in a designated folder, making it easily accessible.
Best collaborative tool but still needs some improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and the files are magically synced most of the time. I don't need to worry too much about the accessibility and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, the searching function was very basic, especially the uploaded photos. It was difficult to find things within the photos and the browsing was very slow (perhaps due to massive data). Secondly, it was very disappointing that Dropbox stopped support for Mac OS 10.12.6. Because the device was not able to be upgraded, it is very troublesome to synchronize files now. I hope Dropbox can resume the support soon. Thirdly, I used the Web interface quite often. It was inconvenient that the "started" button was removed from the left-side menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exchanging files among multiple people. It makes it easy and the file version was well managed.
