What do you like best about the product?
Cheap solution and alternative to other eSign platforms

No branding for the starter package. Wish it came with it.

ESign makes it easy to get docs signed remotely and move projects forward

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, priced right, reliable.good features and the product consistently improves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Preview feature could be better, although it has improved consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it as easy as possible for clients to provide signatures. Helps quickly turn around service agreement and purchase approvals.
Easy to Use Tool for E-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
This is such an easy-to-use platform with clear, simple functionality. It made getting docs signed a lot more simplified and eliminates the need for scanning things back and forth. I love that I can even see when someone has opened the document before signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to edit the document if needed directly in the platform instead of having to upload a new version if a modification is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has expedited our contract signing process for vendors, contractors and even clients.

It is low cost and reasonably easy to use.

HelloSign changes the names of the files I upload.

HelloSign is useful when some staff are working from home and cannot sign documents the traditional way with pen and paper.
Great e-contract platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use and the fact that templates have a shareable link is extremely useful. Lots of different variables depending on what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do have multiple plans and the lowest plan can be not good enough

The simplicity of the UI, and the fact that it saves text entered if I need to go back to a previous page

Perhaps could use additional features- sometimes I need to scroll down to see important things like the signer order select, which means it gets missed on occasion

Not problems, but sending contracts / offer letters / etc. It saves a lot of time and contributes to a more positive experience

The price for hellosign is perfect for the value. It's easy to use, reliable, and does a lot of the work for you.

I wish it was easier to address redline requests.

What's best about HelloSign is the streamlined signature process and ability to add custom fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to recall and edit a document without restarting the signature process.

We are solving the issue of sending documents to parties and receiving them either partially or incorrectly filled out. With the ability to add custom fields, we can ensure that a document is completely filled out before it is signed and returned.
