Affordable & Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
DropBox Sign has made our contractual process simple, easy, and fast! We have easily integrated it in our daily work processes and have seen the impact internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see simpler template processes.

Immediacy & Ease for Signature.

Dropbox Sign is a great tool for a company our size
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, brand recognition, reasonable pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual formatting, manual integration/contact upkeep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have an easy, recognizeable platform to request signatures through.
Pretty good, not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, and being able to quickly and easily get a missing or long distance signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still unable to "Drag Documents Here to Upload." I wish there were a few more features. Sometimes I would like to have more options when marking up the document. Checkbox, Dropdown and Radio Group are of no use to our business. I would like to see underlining, italics and highlighting when we type in a text box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need the signatures and client approvals on items they have selected to order. These signatures act as proof if the client has future issues with liking the items they have purchased.
Dropbox Sign is intuitive and very customizable
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and inuative. It gives you a lot of options to customize forms. Being able to use a template over and over has saved me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any. It's been a great product for our company.

It allows me to create a template and easily send cutomizable contracts.
Great business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox sign is a user-friendly tool that makes our business processes so much easier. Clients do not have to worry about making it into the office on time to sign documents. Instead we use Dropbox sign and they can sign at any location and we get our documents in a timely manner. I also appreciate the rates :)
What do you dislike about the product?
For us at ASIA Insurance, we haven't really experienced anything we don't like about Dropbox Sign.

Client's are too far from the office to come in and sign paperwork

I don't have to remember if the documents are signed because Dropbox signs alerts me if the signatures have not been received

Dropbox/Hellosign is very user friendly and I love the updates on outstanding document signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes at this time. I have been using Dropbox/Hellosign for several years now.

Dropbox sign integrates into my business platform and makes document signing easy for all parties.

It's a simple signature tool that saves conveniently in my cloud storage.

Nothing really, but maybe wish there was some kind of client portal that shows all signatures needing to be completed.

Making SOW contract signatures easy over the web
Stupid Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create a contract in Google Docs and easily send it out via Dropbox Sign's browser plugin. It's a seamless process that makes my life simpler. I also like receiving notifcations when someone has viewed and/or signed the contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any downsides to using Dropbox Sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates sending clients a PDF via email (or snail mail) to physically sign. It's easy for me, easy for them, and covers all of the legal requirements of my contracts.

I think the name is harder to say than "HelloSign" - the old name had a better ring to it I think

Simplifying sales process
Easy and Fast to Use. Reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to get docs signed. Knowing they are safe and I don't have to use my own hard drive space to store them! I use it daily! Tons of amazing features lets me have multiple people sign the same contract, or customize to one person. Very easy to upload and implement my docs. Custmer support is easy to reach when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult at first to navigate to signed documents. Took a bit of navigating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have my contract link in a document that gets sent to new clients easily, and I receive an email notification with signed contracts.
