Great contract organization!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign organizes contracts in a clear and concise manner while also keeping excellent records.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add more brand personalization to the sign-request emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are undoubtedly more timely responses with e-signatures.

Great resource on a limited budget!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create and use various templates. Tracks documents from start to finish and easy for both the organization and the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to click into each document and then download for a preview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send out agreements electronically for review and execution.

The feature to redirect our clients after signature to Google Reviews has been a huge benefit of the platform.

Reduced a TON of paperwork, made our businesses operations smoother and more efficient.
Easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
We work with many clients who are not the most tech savy so we appreciate how easy the signing features are to navigate. We also have many clients who utilize smart phones to sign their documents, and they have consistently had good experiences with the mobile versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates cannot be edited within hello sign, so if we change one bit of wording in a document, we have to remake the template entirely. It would be great if we could upload documents as editable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients are increasingly remote when we need them to sign paperwork, hellosign has allowed us to continue to get documents signed without having to schedule the traditional in person visits.

Try it for a trial period and you will see its easy to use
Good system and seems to work well. I do wish it had a couple other features though

Smooth, easy signing and set up, it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could make the different text boxes with more edits, I always feel like it's hard to line up the different fill boxes with where the words will actually show when completed. Also wish there was a way to send automatic reminders or set the specifications for those.

not needing to send paperwork, fax and waiting to get them back by paper. I am all remote so this makes it easy and keeps it secure/professional.
