Reliable cloud storage and file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it very easy to store and share files across different devices. The synchronization works smoothly, and I can access my documents from anywhere. It also integrates with many third-party tools, which makes it convenient for collaboration with teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free storage space is too limited compared to other providers, and upgrading to higher plans feels quite expensive. Sometimes the desktop app uses a lot of resources in the background, which slows down my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me keep important files safe and accessible without relying only on local storage. It solves the issue of sharing large files with clients and colleagues quickly, and it reduces the risk of losing data if a device gets lost or damaged.
highly recommend

Drop Box Review
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is how easy it is to save, find, and share my files whenever I need them. If I am working on my computer at home or checking something on my phone while outside, all my documents and photos are in one place and always up to date. Sharing files with others is quick, and there are no complicated steps, so it helps with work projects or sharing music tracks. Also, if I delete something by mistake, I can get it back easily. This simple way of keeping everything safe and organized is why Dropbox stands out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Dropbox is that the free plan has very little storage, so I run out of space quickly if I have a lot of files. If I want more space, I have to pay, and the paid plans are costlier than other services with similar features. I also find that searching for files is not easy when I have lots of documents. Sometimes, sharing with people outside my team is not smooth. For important or private files, I do not feel fully comfortable about security since Dropbox can access user data if needed. Getting help from support also takes some time when there is a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps by making it easy to store all my files in one place and get them from any device, whether I am at home, at work, or outside. It solves the problem of worrying about losing documents or photos if my laptop crashes or my phone is lost because everything is backed up and can be restored. Sharing work files and music tracks is simple, so I do not have to send large email attachments. If I work with others, everyone can see the latest version, which avoids mix-ups. Dropbox keeps my projects organized and up to date, so I do not waste time searching for old versions or missing files.
A reliable solution for storing and sharing files in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Dropbox is how easy it is to organize and share files, both individually and within a team. The synchronization is very stable and fast across devices, which allows me to always have updated information without worrying about version conflicts. I also appreciate that the interface is intuitive, with clear features that make it simple to use even for non-technical users. The integration with third-party tools, such as productivity apps and email services, adds extra value to the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that the free plan offers very limited storage compared to other options in the market, which forces users to upgrade to a paid plan quite quickly. Sometimes the desktop app can consume a lot of resources when syncing large files, which impacts computer performance. Also, while the collaboration features are useful, they could still be more complete compared to other platforms that provide real-time commenting or more advanced online editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me centralize and organize files so I don’t waste time searching through multiple devices or email attachments. It makes collaboration with colleagues easier by allowing us to share large files quickly and keep everything updated in one place. This has reduced confusion with file versions and improved team productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Dropbox for a while now and it definitely does its job of sharing the heavy files across the environment. The relieving thing is that you don’t have to worry about data leaks, as both the upload and download happens in a secure way.
What do you dislike about the product?
No add-on functionalities added as compared with other tools in the market.

We have been struggling with sharing the log files (10 GB+) with the required team over the SharePoint. Dropbox made it easy with its fast sharing ability which helped us to collaborate more as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how convenient it is for storing and organizing files. The syncing across devices is smooth, and it makes collaboration or accessing documents from anywhere really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the storage plans feel a bit pricey compared to competitors, and the free version has limited space. Also, syncing large files can occasionally take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Dropbox mainly solves two big problems: peace of mind and convenience. I don’t have to worry about losing files if my laptop or phone crashes—everything is backed up and accessible anywhere. It also saves me from juggling external drives or emailing files to myself.
Since I work with large files sometimes, I love that I can just drop them in a folder and they sync overnight without me thinking about it. The version history has also saved me a few times when I needed to go back to an older file.
