Makes business easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a clean user interface and easy to use. I've never had a client unable to figure out how to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, to be honest!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having clients sign contracts and keeping track of the signature trail on legal documents.

User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, upload docs and send to clients. Love the automatic follow up feature and clean design!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not much I would change.

Working from home and starting a new business, HelloSign has given me professional credibility
Super Easy and Straight Forward
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to drag in items, set signing order and send directly to clients through the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "set signing order" button is on the very bottom of the screen and sometimes can be missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use. Alerts are great, not only for when an item is signed but when an item has been viewed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, just make sure you find the "set signing order" button at the bottom of the page when adding contacts.
Should be better given you were bought for hundreds of millions!!!!

I am simply locked in and pay you. Haven't figured out who to switch to....
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation, flow, UX. It doesn't follow the flow of how you think about documents. Similar to dropbox, the navigation doesn't make sense to me.

Very easy to use, template feature works great.....awesome for repeat work and high volume docs.

Sometimes docs get sent to spam, have to alert customers. would be great it if could send through user

Recreating the same docs over and over again for signatures...saves time!
Helpful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is a really helpful platform that we use to share important documents with new clients and get a record of their signatures. Gives great visibility into when a client has reviewed and completed a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the template is a manual process adding in each specific field that needs to be filled out. Would be great if the platform could automatically detect areas within a document that would need to be completed or which fields require a signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying compliant and ensuring that we have the exact series of events when a document is being completed including who is completing the form and when they are signing off.
Easy e-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create templates and easily push them out for multiple e-signatures saves so much time,
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not combine templates with a signing order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using e-signatures as the team is now remote saves a ton of time. No need to worry about losing paperwork as you can always retrieve it on the hellosign account.
Simple and fast
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of HelloSign. The user interface makes it easy for even a first-time user to catch on quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I mistakenly try to click out of a field that I wanted to put down and end up randomly putting a signature field somewhere. It's never been an issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get a signature and have applications done within minutes as a pose to the old days where we were printing and faxing. Clients comment on how easy it is to do business with us.

It is super easy for clients to use, no printing or scanning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to organize the signed documents that I receive.

I don't have any problems with getting the documents that I need signed. It is straightforward for clients to figure out.
