Great company
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is an amazing company, you are able to swiftly sign documents anywhere in the world. Really makes it so clients do not need to come into the office anymore and be bothered with the commute.
What do you dislike about the product?
All has been okay with the website, I can not think of anything bad to say. It works each time and is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients do not need to come into the office anymore, we can sign anywhere, same day.

Great way to securely send documents for signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use! On both the sender side and receiving side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention on the dislike so far, it's been great!

It's been great to collect information like credit card and signing documents securely
Great eSign Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is so easy to convenient to use when you have to be able to esign docs for vendors, customers, and for yourself. What I really like is that eSign has several free signs per month and just the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I cannot think of anything that I dislike, had I not found the feature that shows I'm the only signor that would've been my dislike, but all good there now.
I do have to say this survey is over the top and way too much, this is more like worth $50 gift card. So much evasive information, you have my email look it up to see when I was last logged in.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. Our clients never have issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page will get stuck on documents and you have to clear the cache to get back to the main menu.

Signing documents digitally helps because our whole company is remote.

i wish it was slightly cheaper, but ultimtaely it's still worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use. The client signing does not need to create an account to set up any logins to be able to sign documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a feature I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being with a remote team, we can sign documents from anywhere in the world with the click of a button.

HelloSign has been a convenient way for us to implement electronic signatures for a fair price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides. The only downside, I would say, is that it's not called DocuSign. Obviously there's a name recognition issue when presenting to a client who is familiar with Docu, but I haven't had any reject its use based on that.

Before HelloSign, we were having clients print, sign, scan, or god forbid, mail. HelloSign has sped up our workflows.

Too many reminder emails are sent out when someone does not sign

Sending home paper trails of papers to sign. These always get lost and hello sign makes it easy to track and find signed documents.
HelloSign makes contracts fine

I love the convenience of how quickly I can send a contract out and recieve a signature within minutes. It allows me to get my won deals over the line.

I have nothing bad to say about HelloSign

Getting contracts signed and avoiding a middleman since the contracts go directly to email
