Hellosign adds flexibility to agreement signing processes in my organization .
What do you like best about the product?
I like that agreements signed using Hellosign are legally binding everywhere. From a user perspective, I like that recipients of contractual documents we send via Hellosign, can access the document on their mobile phones and just scribble their signature in the necessary field, with the tip of the finger.
The ability to do the above, without any complex tools required, is what I cherish the most as an Hellosign user.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Hellosign can integrate with more of the work software programs, I use in the office. I will like to mention a few but am unsure if this is permitted to be present on my review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HelloSign to put legally binding signatures on contractual documents electronically. Hellosign has added convenience , speed and flexibility to contract signing within my organization.

Easy to use. Perfect for my needs
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is simple to use. You can upload a PDF and quickly add date, signature, initials, and other types of fields to the document. The service is free for up to 3 documents per month.
What do you dislike about the product?
A big con for me is that there are no links to the documents that need to be signed. HelloSign sends out emails, but the emails often end up in spam. I'd love to have a link to paste into emails to send to clients directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having client agreements reviewed and signed online saves time for my client and me. Plus, as a budding freelancer, I don't have enough volume yet to justify a monthly subscription that most other electronic document services require.

There isnt an entire lot I dislike about the product. It's simple to sign in and use as needed for the most part.

HelloSign Saves Time!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign allows me to quickly & conveniently send documents to be approved & signed by others. Without Hellosign, I would have to hand deliver each document for signature!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about Hellosign is that I wish those signing the documents had the option to provide information or feedback to those requesting their signature. For example, if I am requesting a signature from someone but they require a portion of the document to be changed/corrected- I wish they had the opportunity to send it back to me saying that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign saves me time and effort! There are not enough hours in the day to sign all the documents I need signed each day-using hellosign, there are! Hellosign keeps me on schedule & allows me to turn my attention towards more important matters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign is great to use if you only require singatures, not feedback on the documents being sent.

The overal ui isn't as user friendly as I have seen on other esignature platforms.

Makes it easy to send out contracts to clients for them to review and send back. Also makes it easier for me to work with my legal team internally
Simple Document Signing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is easy to use. It makes sending documents for signatures a cinch! The free plan is ideal for solopreneurs who are just getting started and need just a couple of documents a month. I was able to use it when onboarding new clients, which made the process go along much smoother. It was my preferred document signing tool over others!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing tier jumps significantly from free to $20 per month for a single user. This rate is not competitive in comparison with another well-known document signing tool.

HelloSign makes it easy to collect signatures from clients in a cinch, without a lot of back and forth communication.
A literal god sent...GAME CHANGER
What do you like best about the product?
Hello sign is integrated with my company dropbox so all of our contracts are stored in a secure and safe place! It also will feed notifications into a slack channel which is a HUGE bonus. I am a huge fan of the templates and the ease of use overall. We were considering using docusign but honestly, this is so much better!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything major I've found that I dislike. I will say that I wish they gave us more room to maybe make a master contract and then make small edits easily without having to upload a new PDF altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign has saved me hours of making influencer contracts and managing where they are stored, if they are signed, etc. It takes me a fraction of the time to do contracts altogether and I honestly am shocked at just how much time it has saved me.

Some processes like adding fields could be better by remembering the last selection.

We are providing an easy way for customers to sign contracts. Customers do not have to print, sign, and scan documents anymore. HelloSign makes doing business much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is a simple-to-use application. It leads you through the process of sending a document for e-signature and receiving one. Someone unfamiliar with HelloSign will have no difficulty finding out how it works. I appreciate how it saves document information and sends updates or reminders if additional signatures are required. HelloSign is optimized for mobile devices and is simple to navigate, regardless of a smartphone or a laptop. Submitting a PDF document is simple and effectively prepares the document for signing. With distinct colors for each needed signature, it's simple to guarantee that everyone's signature is in the proper location. I enjoy receiving notifications when a needed person signs the paper and when it is entirely performed.

I haven't yet discovered any disadvantages to HelloSign. I feel HelloSign is exceptional software and a valuable resource for corporate use.
