All-in-One Communication Made Easy, But Mobile Experience Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage brings everything into one place whether it is calling, messaging, video meetings, all in a single platform. so no need to jump between different tools and apps. Vonage helps in making communication smoother and less stressful especially when team are working remotely. Vonage is easy to use and set and you don't need to a telecom expert, it's admi portal is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's fine but it's mobile and desktop app feel a bit clunky and inconsistent,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage is solving communication problem, particularly around keeping team connected and responsive and it doesn't matter what they are working from. It helps in managing multiple tools for messaging, meetings and calls. With the help of it, everything is connected into one platform which automatically helps in simplifying workflows and cut down on app switching.
Easy integration and and comprehensive services needed for most business
What do you like best about the product?
As a full stack developer, I integrate video calls and otp service, it's easy to use and easy integration and implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
As a startup owner I dislike the complicated accept the project. which lately I have e-learning project and I was need the video session and otp services but the support decline the project, I don't know why
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have e-learning project and need to setup video session and otp verification, and it was the best choice for me, because I know it easy to use and easy integration and the connections quality very good, which I used it in many projects as a developer in many companies, but unfortunately when I decide to use it in my own project after I integrate it they refuse it.
Vonage is Okay
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage has a great and easy-to-use platform, plus the reports are very simple and self-explanatory
What do you dislike about the product?
The least I found from Vonage was that sometimes their integration would fail and not record the phone calls in EzLynx, which made it hard to audit my team's performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My phone calls, inbound and outbound calls were my main activity at work and so vonage would let me dial out at any time to any of my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is er yeasy to use and very simple to implement. Even the customer support is fantastic

AI Driven features and Expensive compare to other service provider

Vonage system helped us in seamless communication with our customers and also gave good plans for international calling option
Wonderful Tool for Calling and Texting Globally
What do you like best about the product?
Sending text including adding snapshot/pictures also it is very easy to use with great customer support including multiple features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to say the texting issue as sometimes i am unable to send text on some US numbers.

It is very easy to use tool and helping us to connect our applicantes easily via texting and calling.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business Communications is very easy to use and offers reliability, scalability, CRM intergrations, mobile & desktop apps, robust features (Video, messaging, AI analytics), reliable call quality, and 24/7 customer support, making it a great VoIP choice of business. I use it frequently to connect with my prospects daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never faced any technical issues yet, only text on some customers number sometimes does not get delivered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage Business is helping me connect seamlessly with candidates through its reliable VoIP calling, messaging and video conferencing features.
Easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand and implement the process. it having a good customer support and I am frequently using it right now. I like the features that Vonage have. It is also easy to manage the integration process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using it science 2 months and I did not find any dislike yet.

I did not get any problem to usinng it but it having lots of benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that vonage does all of the things that you need it to do - in the sense of calling, hold, mute/hold and answer, transferring blind or even to voicemail, text messages and more. It seems to be able to do everything I can think would be needed from the phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the phone has a weird connection and will either delay in alerting me of a call coming through OR the call will not come through at all, I look down and have a missed call. I've had to reach out to support about this several times, thankfully they've been super helpful/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to commiunicate with our customers across various methods as well as easily transferring the call by searching for either the parties extension or first and last name.
Vonage the best VoIP out there
What do you like best about the product?
It it the most seamless VoIP tool that I have used. The communication is a breeze with no fuss
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to change in product feature , but customer service could be a little better. Sometimes it gets difficult to reach out to the team for support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helps us to have communication with robust features. It has a very intuitive interface that helps our team to get the work done at speed. This is very important for a company like ours to scale
Application easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Taking calls using the Vonage application over Voip is easy to use and has user friendly interface. People who are not tech friendly can easily download the software and use it. When deploying this software for an enterprise, the ease of use cuts down on support calls and downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support wait times are the biggest hurdle for Vonage. Staff is typically friendly but it would be helpful to speak with a represenative during those difficult troubleshooting processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to use Vonage Voip because it streamlines my leads to a secondary number without disrupting my personal life.
