Vonage has everything you need in a business telecom provider!

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage has a clean user interface. I appreciate that I can always see when my coworkers are online and can be messaged. My contact book is easily integrated with other devices, and the mobile app is a pleasure to use as well. It has allowed my personal business to flourish in the new state where I reside.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, Vonage numbers get flagged as Spam much more quickly than other VoIP services. There have been a few instances where the number is completely unable to be removed from any service provider's Spam list, making it unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage allows all of our out-of-county/state employees to have a phone number with the correct area code, which leads to better reception and greater trust from our customer base. It also gives us an internal line of communication throughout the company providing efficient communication.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of versatile options to Vonage. They have text messaging, call blocking, virtual receptionist, mobile app access, call parking, and electronic fax service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking from my 15 years in the customer service industry, Vonage has the most inefficient service team I have dealt with. I have been a customer for nearly 4 years and have had to communicate with Vonage countless times. They do not respond to e-mails. They do not respond to online submitted help tickets. The technicians on the phone either tell you something wrong or do not know the answer, the latter usually causing the former. The account representatives also have shared misinformation about their services, or have not presented full information that is important to your order. No one seems to fully understand what you are looking for, and if you have to call them back, then you are starting over from scratch, even with a help ticket, because the next person doesn't usually understand the issue. This is not a one-time experience. I have spoken to Vonage many times over the years of our service and have set up dozens of their phones. We usually just compromise with the shortcomings because I cannot get Vonage to come to a resolution about something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage allows us to use the text message system on all our computers, which helps us communicate with our customers very efficiently. Vonage allows us to take calls from any mobile phone via the app, and this helps us with our mobility around our business. Vonage allows us to customize our messaging when customers call our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get a quick response when I put in a ticket. The technician who responds is always very knowledgeable and gets the issue resolved quickly and correctly. I like that if I can both submit a ticket online or by phone if I so choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I can think of that I dislike about our phone system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I call Vonage for are usually moves, adds, or changes as well as occasional issues. These issues are always resolved in a timely manner and the technician always checks back with me to ensure the issue is resolved.

What do you like best about the product?

No major issues. When I have had technical trouble, my issues were resolved quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can share pictures over a text message and common features like SMS and Calls, Voicemail and Conference are so user friendly and so effortless to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using it on both devices, Have no complaints when using Vonage in the laptop, but assume that if you're in a zoom meet and the phone rings, you have to pick up or disconnect because by pressing the volume down key it doesn't get silenced, and keeps ringing at a high volume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSR I've have to resolve many issues of our customers and for that we were using different software for calling purpose. However, as the company grew, Vonage Business Communications came along to improve the process and the management liked it a lot for communication purposes.

Platform to consolidate your voice and text communication needs

What do you like best about the product?
With Vonage it's very easy to create a system that will satisfy even the most demanding requirements for calls, texts, and faxes flow for any organization. I like the ability to easily create and manage pools of phone numbers and assign them to groups of users on as needed bases. I also like the ability to easily create a sophisticated menu system for callers to follow. The company has excellent live support which is accessible any day and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation on the support website could be more detailed. The Vonage application could be more sophisticated, for example, it could allow more than one user to log in to the application from the same device using the same browser.
The same application can also allow the operator to have more than two callers on hold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Vonage allowed us to consolidate phone systems from various offices in one location that allowed us to save time and human resources and streamlined business process management.

What do you like best about the product?
The Agents go above and beyond to help their new customers navigate set up, and find the best product for the company, the agents also call back and follow up with a smile on their voices!

I can't say that there is something that I dislike. I love how great this customer care is.

Approachable agents, help with anything that is troubleshooting related.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides our business modern contact center capabilities and the platform integrates very well with our Salesforce platform. It's a significant improvement over our previous Cisco solution which was on-prem, more expensive, and limited in capabilities. The Vonage PM and Engineer (Jose Chappa and Luis Hoyos) were very good and provided excellent planning, design, training, implementation and support services. Great communication and collaboration and both VBC and VCC implementations were smooth and relatively issue-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just completed our migration last week - it went quite smoothly. We're now in the phase of getting our agents familiar with the nuances of the new solution and tweaking settings and configurations. Nothing in particular to identify at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous solution didn't have business functionality our call center wanted. Vonage provides that, integrates well with Salesforce, works in the cloud as a SaaS solution, and lowers our ops costs.
