Service above all else
What do you like best about the product?
I very much admire the ease and efficiency of administering Vonage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tickets do take a little long to take care of but still within acceptable times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first started administering Vonage, I was very confused as I had never done this type of thing before. But the Vonage people were very good and patient about helping me learn.
Best solution with great support
What do you like best about the product?
We have installed hundreds of clients with different Hosted VoIP companies solutions. Vonage is the easiest interface and most user-friendly portal. Post implementation this is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that should be added - like the ability to append notes onto a call, the ability to record a call from the beginning- at any point along the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage combines the best of all of the platforms that we have seen for unified communications into one easy to use platform that is easy to use, easy to administer and easy to train.
Great value and service
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to chat with a service representative and get things done right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using the product for over 10 years now and it only gets better. I can't say that there's anything we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VBC has resolved all the issues I've run into via chat or phone calls. The typical problem would be a phone not coming online.
Stellar Service
What do you like best about the product?
I switched from another service I was not happy with. Vonage is very user friendly with many layers of support. I also love that the technology is integrated into iPhone, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! This far beats their competitors. There are also many training modules, but easy enough to figure out by oneself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VoIP communications. I use this service for all my business communication. I like the versatility is offers. I am more productive because of it.
Vonage Makes Business Communication Easy for Everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Vonage has a wide range of ways to communicate with our internal team, as well as our external team. I can message, fax, call, and set up meetings all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I have found that I dislike. The only issue I ever had was with faxing and Vonage customer support was helpful. They even followed up with me to make sure the issues was resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage Business Communications is a one-stop-shop for communicating with your team and your clients. A huge benefit is that I have all the modes of communication in one place so I don't have to open several apps to communication in different ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for one application to give you all the communication tools you need, Vonage Business Communications is the way to go!
Very attentive
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed that I am able to call Vonage customer service and they will work with me, no matter how long it takes, to solve the problem. They will even call back in a few days to ensure I am still satisfied and have no other issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get a little frustrated when they call and I can tell most of them are working from home, which does not matter, but they should be able to be in a room with no other outside noise. Sometimes I hear kids, dogs and even traffic in the back ground and it is hard to concentrate on the task at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The last time I called it was about the caller ID that callers see when any user calls out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature where you can see you previous calls from any time period and the ability to lookup numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vonage app did not allow me to transfer calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track staff calls as the front office support.

Automated invoice emails- Easy to talk to

Late fees are not my favorate part of the service

I had an account issue with the name that should have been listed vs. what was listed- the rep went above and beyond to figure out the account details were incorrect- they did correct it in a timely manner

Easy to use- user-friendly - Customer service is prime. Average priced

What do you like best about the product?
The polite customer service representative and her knowledge to quickly remedy my issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything I disliked during my conversation with the representative.

Vonage helps manage our customer calls. We never miss an important call or lose a client
features are great but overall dependency is low

interoffice communication and the app are convenient

system constantly has bugs. queue gets messy in the background. reception console has consistent issues. static, delays. not a reliable product

I would not say that vonage has any features you couldnt get elsewhere while having more dependability
