Our Routine Calling Software Application
What do you like best about the product?
The Simple & Stylish User interface. Ease of use, Saving & Retrieving Contacts, Marking Favorite etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain basic features access isn't granted which is otherwise available in paid format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major issue was during updating or migrating wherein all the contact backup wasn't considered or wasn't there & after update all the contacts got lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can just go for it as it helps in completing your connection with Customers.
Great for international callers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and use, incoming call are easy to answer and leave messages

Had numerous random calls and unknown numbers.

Communicating with clients and for international calls.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool to manage all. We can dial calls, schedule meetings, chat, and much more. It is beneficial and time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call history is not accurate. The downloading of voicemails sometimes take forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can perform multiple tasks on one platform that saves time and effort. That chat option enables to coordinate things via chat or text as well.
My top favorite calling software
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many important features such as messaging, video conferencing, add to contact feature and voicemail feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that it has limited letter capacity for texting on a Canada number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to connect with the targeted audience more easily as I can always leave text messages and voicemails if we don't connect on call.
HORRIBLE Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The only thing that i like about this experience , is that its over and i will never deal with them again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I signed up for my small business to integrate it with my new crm. I ended up not changing crms and didnt need the vonage account. I had it for 13 days without even using it and wasn’t told it was a year contract. I was under the assumption it was month to month. Even though i didnt make one phone call or use the system, they still charged me $250.00 cancelation fee. This is horrible customer service. I would have even excepted a prorated fee. I will be sure to tell everyone to not do business with vonage. This has to be one of the worst experiences for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They didnt offer any realistic solution. They just said pay the cancelation fee of $250 or pay $19.99 a month for a year. It's the same thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Beware that if you decide not to use it after trying it, you are stuck for a year and they auto renew the contract . I do NOT recommend vonage.

What do you like best about the product?
It goes straight to mobile phones without knowing extensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't automatically start with speaker on iPhones.

I don't like how it doesn't start on speaker for iPhone
Accessible anywhere you go
What do you like best about the product?
Conveniently, all employees can download the application to their phones. If someone is is already on another call, someone else can still answer. The ease of transferring a phone call is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the phone calls is not always the best. Sometimes the caller cannot hear me while I can hear them. Sometimes there is a lag in answering on a cell phone. I have the best quality when connected to a good wifi signal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to office calls even while traveling helps when I need to respond to clients quickly. I can work remotely efficiently and effectively with business calls coming directly to my cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent solution for a team that works on separate accounts and has their own clients. I do love the option that you can download the app onto your computer and make phone calls that way also.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe it is one of the best tools I had used till now for calling. There are many features in it just not the call or not like an autodialer. There are features like Chat, Messaging, and video/ audio conferencing. It blocks the external voices while the call and is also, very easy to use. It can be used on mobile as well as on PC or laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a low network area, it does not connect the call. You cannot undo the messages if once sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my day-to-day business calls. Also, to send messages in the text to the person if we need to share something like an email address or number. It help me in team meeting conferencing as well as taking external meetings with clients. I can do video conferencing while traveling also save their contacts for calling in the future.
A great journey with Vonage
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool I have used for calling so far. It is easy to use. We can chat with the team, text people, dial calls, conduct conferences, and whatnot. It is quite helpful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure of what I dislike about Vonage. I have not yet encountered any problem which is not resolved. So, overall it is excellent. However, there are very few network issues, but that doesn't seem to affect much compared to what it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves multiple problems. It gives one platform to perform and numerous tasks. We can schedule a meeting on Vonage and share it with the prospects. We can text them; we can message our teammates on Vonage. It is very beneficial.
Why I recommend Vonage
What do you like best about the product?
Great tech stack with UC, CC, and API integrations. It allows businesses to transform their communications channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point but maybe a few more geographic serviceable regions on a global scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the pandemic, the VBC platform allows all of employees to work from home at the same proficiency as in office.
