Vonage - 10 out of 10 Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage has been a consistently great option for our clients as well as for our own business use. We love their robust feature list coupled with a very user friendly and sleek interface. You get a lot of bang for your buck. Even more, every interaction with their top notch team proves that they are customer focused and driven to help. Our guy, Alex Comstock, goes above and beyond to make sure needs are met and customers are happy. He truly is an expert at what he does. A+++ all around. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't one thing I can think of as a "dislike" for Vonage. Great product with a great team behind it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agility in business communication to work from anywhere, quickly scale, communicate with customers easily, business SMS inbox to main line monitored by multiple team members, quick changes to call flow/voicemail via a simple to use Admin tool, and much more.
Switched from Mitel to Vonage...
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Mitel to Vonage January 2021. It has been a game changer for us. I can now answer calls on my desk phone, computer and cell. Being able to make business calls from my mobile has dramatically changed the way I work. I'm no longer confined to my office and can be productive anywhere.
We also have a contact center. The reporting and the tools available for agent visibility and call reporting has been much, much better than what we had before.
We got all these things while also cutting costs. Definitely recommend switching to Vonage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything I can think of that particularly bothers me about Vonage. The only thing that comes to mind was after switching when I'd get a call my softphone, cell and desk phone would ring all at the same time. It took me a day or so to figure out what the best settings would be for my preferences, but that is minor. Now the ability to have the choice to route calls to wherever I want has become the biggest thing I love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting and the tools available for agent visibility and call reporting has been much, much better than what we had before. Our answer rate has definitely improved since moving to Vonage.

I cannot think of anything missing off hand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is user-friendly and easy on the eyes. I love the simplicity and it is not busy with a lot of fancy jargon that would scare the average person off. I can call, text, listen back to conversations in case I missed an important detail and read my voicemails. I do not need a clunky phone, just a headset. I now have more room on my desk with the use of the softphone ap, I do not need a phone at all! It comes with me when I need to go out of town. Just bring your cell phone with the ap or your laptop!

Try it you will love it and save time and money.
Top Notch Business Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage's business apps - desktop and mobile - have the best features and interface I've seen among all the big VoIP carriers. Our rep - Alex Comstock - is responsive and reliable, making the overall experience a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting "live" Support by telephone can be a challenge, but their online Support and Training site can address solutions for most common questions or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Business Inbox - texting to and from your main phone number - has been especially helpful. And the Administrative Portal is intuitive and easy to use.
Unwavering service and committment
What do you like best about the product?
Our firm has been a client with Vonage for about 4 years now. Alex Comstock is our contact and I am so grateful to have him assigned to our account. His prompt and excellent service is beyond measure. Alex approaches each of our VOIP needs with caring, dedication, and knowledge. Since working with Alex, I have never had to settle when it comes to the needs of our firm. You have not had excellent service paired with top of the line hardware/software, Vonage should be your next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. We have struggled in the past with getting our needs met through just the Chat feature. We reached out to the company and requested an Account Rep be provided to us. We now have a dedicated Account Manager, Alex Comstock, and we couldn't be happier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the challenge of having one company to work with to support the many individuals within our organization. With having one provider, we are able to support all of the agents with their telecom needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Call and ask for Alex Comstock. He is our Account Manager and I would be lost without him.
Unparalleled Support
What do you like best about the product?
EVERYTHING! Pricing is better than my existing analog service. Onboarding was very efficient. Alex Comstock is the Vonage representative that I was assigned. He was able to clarify my configuration concerns and masterfully handled all of the details from porting existing telephone numbers to providing any and all the materials necessary to learn about the new equipment and the vast array of features included in the Vonage Business VOIP service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The entire process was far less time-consuming than I imagined. The equipment arrived pre provisioned well in advance of the port date. I placed the equipment in position the day before the predetermined installation date. On the installation date, I signed into the Vonage video meeting and 45 minutes later the system was up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing my communications system out of the stone age. Working remotely with the Vonage app is incredibly simple. I am sorry I did not do this years ago.

Contact Rich Technology Group before reaching out directly. They are true professionals.
It is a great tool for calling and texting purposes in a business organization.
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the calls is very good and efficient in addition the voicemails are being delivered in a very good manner and audio Quality is really good, hardly have any bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Bugs as such, but once we receive calls there should be an option to leave them a text in case you are in a meeting or busy, same goes with when you are already on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Talent Acquisition Assistant and I am working offshore & my deliverables are in the United States so it helps me a lot to be connected with the Clients and the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ease of use of the system. In particular, we love the flexibility to configure the phone using the VBC portal. We love that we can easily divert calls to a secondary device if the internet is not available or if power is down.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many features that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous provider was very unreliable. The service would go down, and our phone was not working for multiple days. Vonage has been more reliable, hands down.

I was trying to figure out how to park a call with a dsskey solution. We figured it out and did a visual call park solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The phone application is good in terms of user interface and accessibility. Features like call recording, forwarding, and the voicemail process are also quite handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online chat support can be improved significantly. They need to address the data loss issue more effectively, as it happens that sometimes the data is not visible and there is no way to retrieve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Vonage business communication to dial calls to candidates for recruitment in the USA and also to connect with internal team members in my company to pass on or gather information.
