VOIP phone service

What do you like best about the product?
A few years back, it was a good change from hard phone line to VOIP with Vonage. Their customer service was supportive throughout the transition and initial set up, but over time the support and customer service dwindled.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were no longer able to speak with a live person for help, questions, issues, or anything. It was all driven by self help utilizing their website. We started having quality issues and calls dropping multiple times daily. We had our IT person check connections, internet, etc. There was nothing wrong on our end, but Vonage would not recognize this issue nor do anything to rectify the issue. This eventually prompted us to find another VOIP provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from Comcast to Vonage, and it gave us more control and more options to manage set ups internally. Comcast was experiencing several national outages that were affecting our business as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find a VOIP company that will offer good customer service, options to talk with live people for help, and quick response times.

Great tool but poor customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is great to integrate different services all in one to communicate with customers. I was able to make phone calls and send SMSs to clients. It's helpful for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time I tried reaching out to their customer support it was very hard to get someone to respond. If they had no agents available at the time, instead of keeping you on some sort of waiting list you had to complete the entire support form again to be able to see if anyone is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly solved the problem of having a US number to operate with even while working remotely. The main benefits are that I could receive and make calls, receive and send SMS, also had a voice mail activated, and received all my voicemails through email as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features and the simplicity of use of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike anything about the product/service. Everything works perfectly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of having a dependable service I can use. I have realized the benefit of getting an email when a voicemail is left.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Vonage Business Communications because of the ease of use. I have used several other solutions, and they just do not stand up as Vonage does.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a partner and client with Vonage for several years. They are always adding new features. I appreciate that I can use an App and several phones with the same Extension and can be very distinctive with enabling certain features on each extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to my mind. The only thing which could be better is offering current clients upgrades from time to time. Wonder what will happen after the acquisition from Erikson?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with several small businesses, and for them, a Phone Cloud solution is excellent. They don't need to be onsite to receive/make phone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is the best calling app for business purposes. It supports all kinds of features like calling, text/msg, meeting, video call, conference calling, merger call, call transfer, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such I don't have anything to dislike the Vonage app. Since I'm using it for a while. Vonage is the best calling app for business purposes. It allows you all types of features which will help you to grow your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above that I'm using the Vonage app since while for the business purpose that means it really helpful or you can say problem-solving app in our day to day life.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best application to connect with people internationally and the communication product that gives better network flow in connecting. We can connect with people using text messages as well. Voice is much evident in Vonage than in other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that makes trouble is that this needs good internet to connect with clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It clears the problem of connecting with people internationally. We can connect with people from anywhere in the USA using the Vonage application. It also allows video calls and screen sharing, the best part of this application. It is a great platform to connect with people professionaly.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is very helpful to calling the candidate in United States. This app is help us to get in touch and speak with Them and text them ad well.
It's very user friendly the UI is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Vonage the internet connectivity should be a great otherwise there is lack of voice for the other side so that would be a sometime we face. Others all are good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Vonage we communicate with candidates in United States and recruit them and help them to get a good job.
In staffing industry Vonage is the very useful tool.

For every staffing industry Vonage is the very helpful tool and it's very easy to understood so please use it to make your process easy they have text facilities and you can also left a VM.

What do you like best about the product?
The Simple & Stylish User interface. Ease of use, Saving & Retrieving Contacts, Marking Favorite etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain basic features access isn't granted which is otherwise available in paid format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major issue was during updating or migrating wherein all the contact backup wasn't considered or wasn't there & after update all the contacts got lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can just go for it as it helps in completing your connection with Customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool to manage all. We can dial calls, schedule meetings, chat, and much more. It is beneficial and time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call history is not accurate. The downloading of voicemails sometimes take forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can perform multiple tasks on one platform that saves time and effort. That chat option enables to coordinate things via chat or text as well.
