Vonage Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access Vonage from my mobile or desktop device, this helps when I am working remotely and traveling, so I never miss a business call or text with the help of Vonage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if I am not using 5G or have an extremely strong WIFI connecting my call will be spotty or could even drop when using Vonage Business from my mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate with my clients on their time frame allowing them to text me without providing them with my personal mobile phone number to hold a text conversation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a Solid Communications vendor, Vonage will not lead your company wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support has been tremendous. I've called in multiple times and have always got fantastic service from whoever answers the phone. The last time I called in I was driving down the road the day after thanksgiving trying to get my Holiday schedule to work and couldn't. They quickly resolved the issue without me having to stop and log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I dislike about Vonage is that every little service costs additional; I'm not saying that other VOIP companies don't do that; they likely do. It's just something that bothers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a complete service that offered everything we do need and might need in the future. Vonage was able to deliver this and more. They have apps on top of apps that can quickly get me the feature I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When setting up, get with a Vonage customer support specialist and let them help you set up the first couple system. Don't be too proud to ask for help, its easy once you get started.

Sometimes after updates have to reinstall to get the system to work

What do you like best about the product?
I loved that they had a range of addons and features (Business Inbox is great!) that my enterprise call center needed! They also had one-on-one account set up professionals to walk me through exactly how to set up the system to do exactly what my team needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the system can be confusing but, thankfully, they have account set up specialists to help with this exact thing. All of the reps I've talked to have been very professional and knowledgeable but some can be a bit 'green.' The second time I called in, I got a GREAT guy who knew exactly what I was trying to do and he set it up quickly for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is being able to use Business Inbox for my team. We have a variety of clients so having everyone on my team be able to send and receive text messages with customers from the same inbox is a huge help!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vonage has a great overall package that's worth the couple extra bucks! UCaas are a dime a dozen but the features Vonage offers are extremely handy!

What do you like best about the product?
I like their customer support team. Recently, I was in a real tight spot. They handled my situation with ease and treated me with dignity which I have not always found with other telecommunications companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
One little thing is that my equipment became obsolete and no longer supported by Vonage. Vonage didn't notify us of this situation, so I had to call Vonage to determine why some of my features no longer worked. However, they did work with me very well on getting all of my equipment upgraded and working again quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upon learning that my telephone equipment had become obsolete, they gave me all new telephone equipment for free. Vonage also lowered my monthly price quite significantly!

Good phone system with quality customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support technicians have always been helpful and quick to respond to any questions or technical support. All service requests tracked and updated timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike would be that I have to contact my company's help desk before Vonage responds to my issue. I wish I could go direct to Vonage without the middleman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage helps us solve our e-fax and direct phone line for agents and staff within the office. Having a internet-based phone system helps us stay up today, especially when working from home in today's Covid-19 work situation.
Great User and Admin experience
What do you like best about the product?
Since the initial kick off with our sales rep everything has worked flawlessly and where I had issues my Project Coordinator has been there side by side with me working on porting issues and getting the team trained to use the phones/service. We have added multiple additional sites to our account since the initial go-live, and the Vonage team has helped us with all the upfront setups and phone configurations so they are basically plug & play when I get them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage customer service is a bit slow at times replying to request to help their Project coordinators. Information shared at times is a bit short and cryptic, so it can take several iterations to get thru an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a consolidated voice system working across all sites so we can now extension dial all team members regardless of where they work. Also with the "softphone" we can have mobility where we previously couldn't so work force and look like they are at their desk when they are working from home or traveling.
Vonage is very easy to use! Great software for your communication needs!

I really like being able to answer my phone through my laptop while working from home.
Vonage VoIP System
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the app we can use it on our mobile anywhere anytime. The overall experience of the interface is very attractive and user-friendly. It seems the best option available right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use it on multiple devices at the same time, it does not sync properly, and you may experience unreachable when someone calls in. This should be fixed properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use it for internal and external communication. I can confidently say that it had made communication easier and a lot quicker. It has improved productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vonage phone system is the best option available in the market. Just buy and use it. Don't waste your time to check others.
Technically service is great. Billing and Customer Service Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Call quality is excellent, no drop calls, clear, good volume, awesome features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Porting my old number from Verizon was horrible, Verizon was good on their end, Vonage dropped the ball multiple times, took many calls and chat to resolve. Billing errors took 4 months to resolve. Totally unable to speak to anyone by phone with a company that "specializes" in phone communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Took business use of cell phone number to the desktop with more features and call quality.
