Great product, great service
What do you like best about the product?
Amazon chime is included for screen sharing and video conferencing with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I was able to pass control and have other people in the meeting share their screen and take over their mouse control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WAY easier to host meetings and connect than Skype or Join.me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at all options. If other solutions are less expensive be wary of the quality of connections and calls. I was ready to throw my old provider's Mitel phone out the window. We had dropped calls, constant reboots with that system, it was a pain. So far - Vonage has had crystal clear calls, great features, 100% uptime stability... just a great solution.

We can make conferences, and screening the calls, setup on different devices, there's a lot good features for this service

we don't really have dislikes with this service, just need to bring a cup of coffee when we use it

change numbers, assign ne numbers, hold some devices while we are traveling

Great phone system
What do you like best about the product?
We love this phone system because it is so easy to setup to transfer phones or setup different settings on the phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not dislike anything about Vonage. We have had a great experience with it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues transfering calls. We were also having issues with call features. This works perfectly for what we need.

If you need an easy system to transfer calls this is the software for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with this application for a short time, which I use to set up meetings. For this I use the calendar and the automatic invitations, so I do not waste time. I also use it for online meetings actively collaborating with the work team.
What I like most about this application is working in the same document with my teammates or with people outside your company. Quickly visualize the changes that are made and communicate effectively with group chat.

One of the negative points I see are the security measures since I found the application open after having left the computer for a long time on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would recommend this product to those companies that want to speed up the times in the meetings and in the planning of the company's calendar. As a positive point, efficiency is increased and working times are reduced.

Great phone system but issues with cell phone implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the phone calls come to my cell phone through the app when I am out of office. Also the messaging feature is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Myself and a few of our coworkers have had connection issues. Sometimes call don’t come through to our phones. Also because of this we have had to revert to direct text meaaaging or calls while at the large conferences we put on because it is simply easier and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage helps our employees like me that need to be able to receive and make calls on the go. It helps that the calls go directly to our cell phone through the app.
G Suite is actually pretty effective even if it's just you using it!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that EVERYTHING is available from ONE place. i don't have to search around and try to figure out what is where. Google has met every single one of my needs from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike that Google has become such a monopoly. It's hard to find any other software that's as effective and responsive as Google and as a firm believer in the free market - this is kind of disheartening. I do also have concerns about my safety of my own private information

. I am solving store and organizational problems. I don't have to use multiple platforms in order to accomplish tasks and objectives.
Great Service for a busy Office
What do you like best about the product?
Having your calls integrated with your email and other Google products is a huge time saver for a busy office. As a secretary at a company who received many calls in a day, many before the office was even open, it helped to streamline our response process, and keep our calls organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly didn't have any complaints about their service. My understanding from my employer was that it wasn't inexpensive, but from a working standpoint, it functioned very effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest benefit was being able to track which calls had been responded to. This was especially important since the office was open 7 days a week, and there would be different secretaries responding to the calls on different days. It helped us ensure that we never missed a voicemail. It also helped us realize that one of the secretaries had not been returning any calls when she was working alone.... Overall it is a great way to make your business more efficient and increase customer satisfaction.

I like that I am able to listen to calls quickly and save them , and customer support is very fast
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes about 3 minutes for a call to load and it really slows down my day

I am able to do QA and it makes the insurance of our appoinments alot better
Best VoIP available for use
What do you like best about the product?
The best I found out of Vonage is its easy Setup, It has best call quality which I like the most.
Its interface is quite user friendly, Easy for calling and messaging.
As it is use VoIP you can just connect any of your devices. It has Android App and also available for ios. You can use it directly from your phone also.
I found this as the best App as it help all users to stay in touch.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any such dislikes for this app. But when i used vonage on windows the App was not working fine. Connection always lost and when you try to reload the page the ask me to downlead the desktop setup each time. I always download the updated version but again and again they come up with new update and the connection get lost.

As a company we are working from a different country and we have to do international calling as we have our clients based in United states.

nice integrated software for organization
What do you like best about the product?
easy integration with your email, web-drive, calendar, etc into one account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not particularly up to this moment - maybe auto sign-in function.
