Vonage Fax is Great

What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to fax through my email. The convenience of not having to use a fax machine is the best part! We have to still fax to the IRS and vongae fax is the best
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I do not like about faxing. I wish there were a way to know if the fax was received or not,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No having any problems THe best benefits is the IRS receives our information before the deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
The representative went above and beyond to help me with my problem. She even called back the next day to make sure everything was going well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, for our own protection she needed to speak with the doctor to insure I was authorized to make changes but I understand why this is necessary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a doctor's office so patients having quick communication with our office is very important, we never have a problem!

Mobil app allows to be just what it says "mobil" not chained to desk

The caller ID does not display on my Apple watch

What do you like best about the product?
I used and like the Vonage Programmable messaging, Voice and Video Communication APIs to make our Applications deliver the best user experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so much as we had tried other vendors but experience with Vonage APIs was good. But can be more documentation and examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had used to integrate messaging, voice and video in our applications. So the main benefits was that our customers are now video capable

What do you like best about the product?
Their app is straightforward and easy to use to manage our communication and set up users.
We especially like their call queue mechanism for directing calls to agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered any issues with their software. At this time, there is nothing I can note as a "dislike."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a simple way to manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate agents.
This product fits the bill.
Also, we needed to be able to have multiple numbers/phone lines to manage different sites and products.

Best software for business Communication

What do you like best about the product?
One of the fantastic pieces of software, It's helped a lot to communicate my business client. I love the features and design. It's pretty helpful and fantastic software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can't see the history of call records that need to be sorted, and I believe it's one of the best communication software, which requires a little more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this software for my company where I used this software as an account manager to communicate for my company cliental. There is no distortion in communication, and I highly recommend it.

Leading solution in VoIP industry!

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business Communications provides some of the industry's top VoIP services. The user interface of the application is appealing and simple to use. The connection is made without incident, and the application operates appropriately. For years, my business has used Vonage Business Communications' VoIP service, and the service is outstanding. The software is available in both desktop and mobile versions, both of which operate well. Additionally, the application enables me to manage my activities by using a calendar, a phone book, and various reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage Business Communications has nothing to hate; they deliver excellent service. However, they could slightly improve the performance of their PC version, which occasionally slows down and the mobile app's ability to download reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the last three or four years, I've been utilizing Vonage Business Communications for my firm, and it's been quite beneficial for my VoIP needs. The calls are completed promptly, and the chats are pleasant. We use it for internal and external VoIP calls and have had an excellent experience. Simple to use, the mobile application contains a phone directory, call log, and voicemail. Additionally, a desktop program is provided for making calls directly from your laptop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vonage Business Communications is an excellent choice for all of your VoIP communication requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Vonage Business Communications is a cloud-based communication service that combines multiple communication channels into a single solution. It eliminates the hassles associated with maintaining an on-premises PBX and provides modern businesses with all the business communications features and capabilities they require to power their workflows. Additionally, Vonage Business Communications delivers numerous benefits to our enterprise. One of them is that it enabled us to save money on communication costs while simultaneously increasing employee productivity and the quality of our customer service. As for the software's best features, it would have to be its mobility capabilities, which enable you to use the app without difficulty while traveling or outside your office building.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, customer service is not up to standard in terms of responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage Business Communications offers a more cost-effective and adaptable alternative to traditional phone service for our business. By enabling employees to communicate more effectively with their customers, the software increases our productivity and efficiency. VBC has been a game-changer during pandemic times by enabling the employees to work from home, saving time on inter-office calls, and assisting customers in contacting us via multiple channels.

I recommend Vonage Business Communications because it provides a high level of functionality at an affordable price.

Phone service that allows multiple team members to manage line.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we were able to access the phone line on multiple phones and computers. This allowed us as team members to choose which messages were most relevant for us to respond to individually. It can also show other team members which messages have been addressed and which ones still warrant a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Do Not Disturb function doesn't really work. I would try to this function when I was away from the office but I would still receive messages throughout the day. This meant I would have to physically log out of the app anytime I wanted a break from the onslaught of messages we would get from clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to call and text with clients but also to access these messages when we were away from the office. Because we could all have the Vonage app on our phones, anyone was able to answer messages/calls no matter where they were at. It also allows us to see what messages have been responded to so that our office manager knows what she still needs to address.
