Only concerned about getting your money, not about customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I'd prefer hot daggers to the eye instead of dealing with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
How I've called multiple times to cancel with no return call since I have to wait on a return call. The only calls I've received now are from debt collectors after many attempts to cancel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using what little sanity I have left to put up with their debt collectors.
Save money on virtual phones instead of physical ones!
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business gives our employees the ability to operate remotely with a dedicated phone as well as message service. As a result, communication with consumers and other parties is possible while remaining connected. In addition, businesses can now send and receive text messages without carrying a company phone or another piece of equipment. I was also impressed with the friendly and professional manner of the customer service department. As I was updating my account, the customer care representative took the time to learn more about my company from his computer. He clearly understood how to relate to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage Business Communications lacks a photo messaging client, which is one of the things I dislike about it. The company may be working on it; however, integrating image chatting into a corporate app seems counterproductive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Second phone is not needed anymore. Saving money with an all-in-one app allows dollars to be used for other better purchases. Business purposes are served by the phones, which are available right out of the box. Despite our office's reduced bandwidth, there are no difficulties with call quality. Voicemail and intelligent call routing made custom workflows incredibly simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price of comparable services may be lowered somewhat by numerous individuals. However, considering Vonage's strength, it is well worth paying the price.

What do you like best about the product?
Administrators will find the admin website straightforward to use and regularly updated without causing disruptions to established workflows. Even though many options can influence your overall cost, the prices for unlimited extensions or mobile extensions are highly competitive. Providing you have a solid connection to the internet (and for massive deployments, implemented and well-designed VLANs), Vonage's service is outstanding. Sales personnel are helpful and responsive to customer needs. Although the technical support staff is practical, sometimes complex issues are not escalated to a higher-tier team as promptly as they ought to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be problems with the admin website from time to time. However, it is typically only a problem when proceeding with large numbers of changes that the platform becomes an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For most of our employees, we have replaced physical telephone consoles with softphones that are accessible through our computers. In addition, the action lets us use an app from our personal devices for checking phone calls and making calls from our business numbers, assuming the computers have a built-in and external microphone. Generally, it has proved to be more cost-effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to help users have softphones in the office without giving their personal phone numbers, I profoundly recommend Vonage Business Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is effortless to use, and it allows to make calls with a single click. The contact directory and report generating features is also a handy tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone application works great, but when we use the desktop application, the connection is not great and breaks sometimes. Though the report generation option is quite handy, the reports are pretty complex; thus, the information can be made a bit easier to comprehend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage makes it easier for me to connect with my colleagues and clients; it keeps a record of call logs that can track my activity.
Vonage is the best for communicating with the customers.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about Vonage is that we can use it to receive calls and send text messages to the customer. So, we can easily share web URLs and landing page links, and other details via SMS if the customer is calling from a cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Vonage is the fact that the Mute Switch on my Sennheiser HeadSet [CAN ICES-3(B)/NMB-3(B) ] does not function when I am using it with the Vonage App for Macbook Pro. I want to use the Mute Switch on the Headset rather than the clickable Mute Button on the Vonage App Screen.
I have changed two headsets and tested with Zoom and Google Meet, and the mute switch of the headset is working perfectly fine. It is a compatibility issue with Vonage. I have also tried to call Vonage Tech support over the call and chat but to NO AVAIL.

I am using Vonage to receive calls for Customer Service for passengers that travel on our inter-city bus routes.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most is how the app allows integration across phone services at work and the fact that I can communicate with our clients at any moment. Their customer services is also top notch, very humble and helpful in nature.

Bugs and errors sometimes arise, making it difficult to work with at times. But these get sorted out at the earliest by the team

The ability to work from home is the best benefit that Vonage has provided us.

I don't have any particular recommendations. It is a good software. All I would say is people who use this software have made an intelligent decision.
Great Phone App for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Inbound and outbound calls are crystal clear. UI is very friendly. I like the text messaging compared to the others I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike about the software.

Vonage is easy to deploy, easy to use, and is priced well.

We require flexibility to access our phone system from anywhere, not just in the office. Vonage being a cloud based service makes this very easy.

I dislike that messages get deleted and cals after a certain time. I hate that spam calls always get put through although we were told they won't be.

It is a good tool but if you want all your calls and messages to be saved for years to go back into them then maybe you should download them yourself and not rely on the app to do that.
