Powerfull communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
I relly like the integration with the computer and the smartphone, I can have both devices connected and follow the differents comunications I have. with the admin user i can thrack all the connected numbers and follow the asignations of each team member
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing is that we can't receive pictures on this number and have to unse an external tool for it

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software because it facilitates making changes to user profiles, voicemail passwords and other settings which are quite necessary, mentioning that it gives these individuals, who are registered to the platform, virtually access to the phone they own, without excluding that it has a great complementary application that allows them to use their mobile devices, to carry out the activities that are frequently carried out from their environment, offering great flexibility in terms of work comfort for the members of many companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can determine that in situations the software can be considered as a complex system, which at the same time can be confusing for many users, especially to beginners who are still looking for a way to adapt to the platform with communication objectives, in others relevant perspectives we can emphasize that Vonage presents a slight fault in the audio of the calls, considered more than all as a delay, which creates a somewhat deficient interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software in our organization mainly for communicative emergencies, mainly for the service it offers according to the mention of softphones, this latest generation system offers us quality and economic savings in our telephone operations, both internally and externally in the company, which are totally easy to configure, to adapt them to the mobile devices of each member of our business establishment with a high number of employees that we acquire.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vonage is ideal for any category of companies, regardless of their scale, since it offers its services in the same way for each of these business establishments, adapting to its environment, according to the number of members that each one contains, without exclude that this software presents a fairly effective customer service, guaranteeing an excellent service to all the problems presented by your users of the platform you acquire, being a system in the recommended merits.

Should be less costly for additional team members

centralized calling and the recordings enable me to go back and get conversation details to do quotes , etc.

The app work well. I can even switch networks while on a call. The only complaint are sms(txt) messages are not received especially from automated systems like banks and utility companies. The messages simply never arrive the

The messages simply never arrive there is often a 123 second delay on voice calls which can be very annoying this may be a function of my local network however I don’t suffer this issue when using other voice service like a WhatsApp a Skype on the same network

It’s easy to communicate and also it’s like you know like we can reach people quickly voice clarity clarity is very good I mean everything is fine with five star rating but they are the few stuffs which doesn’t works I mean notes iOS doesn’t supports

It all works! It's easy to setup and use, they provide a variety of options and continue to improve their offerings.

Nothing, really. So far, Vonage has provided the services they promised and they continue to improve and include more offerings..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage allows me to have a phone number for my business, along with voicemail, that I can access from anywhere on my mobile phone. Love this!

What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any dislikes. Very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Voice over internet is excellent and the mobile Vonage app is incredible.
Vonage works Hard to make your life easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the tools that allows you to do so many things to make our business run smoother. Reporting capabilities are a huge plus as well as having the ability to use your mobile phone to answer calls away from the office, but still show as if you are in the offoce!
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all Companies, the hoops you have to jump thru just to talk to a live person. But most, if not all companies are just like that. it is a sign of the times! There is really no downside to using Vonage. The only improvement would be to stop more robocalls and be more responsive on customer service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with team members and monitoring their activities, Which helps keep them motivated to work hard. The ability to run reports on sales calls is extremely helpful!!

Convenient tool to run my business
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to answer a call where ever I might be and the client not realize the difference. I also appreciate how our different locations are able to work together to service the needs of the clients. The referral program has also been a nice perk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process can be complicated with lots of options and some options override other options without there being any clear way for you to see. Some seemingly logical options are not available, such as routing calls based on caller area code. I also don't like how there doesn't seem to be a way to update the caller ID built into the handsets after internal extensions change ownership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to help my team effectively service our clients despite being in multiple locations and dealing with the pandemic. We have been able to seamlessly work in our various locations as well as work from home with the support of the Vonage Business Communications products. We also have been able to route calls to an outside company without requiring the time and attention of the receiptionist.
Total Regret - Worst service ever - Nothing but problems

Very little, was supposed to save me expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
Where to start? Problems getting service started, problems getting phone #'s ported over. Time frame did not occur as stated. Lack of training on how to set up system, program devices, use features. Inability to contact people when assistance needed. Calls cut out for no reason. Billing did not take place as promised, overbilled. Was not made aware of certain features of system, so we missed dozens and dozens of calls and voicemails because we were not instructed on how to find them, or access them. Every person we spoke with had us change something else in the system, so it is now totally confusing as to who uses which phone or extension. I cold go on and on, but basically extremely unhappy with system and service.

Problems have not been solved, actually have created more.
