The Support Made The Difference

What do you like best about the product?
One of the challenges of being an administrator for a small company is that any change you make can have a significant impact, either positive or negative, with long-lasting repercussions. My company had been using the same call-center model and technology for the past ten years and was in desperate need of modernization.

When we reached out to Vonage, we were extremely impressed with the communication and dedication of their sales staff, which ultimately led us to choose Vonage.

The support didn't stop there. We were assigned a Project Manager, Roosevelt, who stayed with us from the moment the agreement was signed all the way through to our launch.

One of the most impressive moments was when Roosevelt had us configure our future production environment in a training class style, making it incredibly easy to understand the platform.

Roosevelt was present throughout the entire "Go-Live" day, and his dedication ensured that we had a near-flawless launch experience.

All in all, after a year of sales, technical design, discussions, and project management, the launch of a call center supporting over 90,000 customers was completed in just a couple of hours with no downtime or impact on our partners or their subscribers.

You couldn't ask for a smoother transition from an on-premise call center to Vonage's cloud call center. I wish all my projects were this smooth and had vendors that were this easy to communicate and work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about sales or support staff. There are some some bugs in the software that require some workarounds but i'm confidient that support will get them fixed.

The chat system seems like it is in its infancy, missing some features that are found in other solutions but i'm cofident that has the product develops that these features will be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company, with very few employees. This product allows us to deliver a enterprise-grade solution without the cost of managing hardware, software or needing extra personnel to administer the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is up to date
Integrating is easier compared to others
Offers decent scalability
Implementation was quick and mere process of few minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile App lags sometimes rest no issues.
Cost can be lower

We are using it for communication purposes with our clients and internal communications within the company

What do you like best about the product?
I can use it anywhere when I have my cell phone

The calls drop a lot. It doesn't matter if I am on wifi or my cell service.

it allows me to take the phone even when I am out of the office

What do you like best about the product?
This voice quality of calls and instant web conference option makes it far better than its competitors, moreover there is an option through which you can connect wiith the people within the company via text, calls or even web call as well. Highly recommended for a new start up and even for those who were using other products for VOIP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I didn't find any negative about Vonage. I am a happy customer of Vonage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly it provides direct web conference option which will help in create a web conference link immdiately without using any 3rd party app. Text , Voice all and conference option always works perfectly. Even if we get into technical issue, their helpdesk team resolves the issue within TAT. It's a perfect package for Sales, RPO and BPO companies.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and it is multi user application ,without any failure provide good connectivity with end to end user over the global by net.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not seen anything dislike in this app but need update some features.

We can do easily connect and do a meeting with multiple end user save huge time of employees in over the different country user over in the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Buiness Communications is great for business because its a business number and I do not have to give out my personal. The features can tranfer you to other people very smoothly, can save notes for when your talking to someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if you are in an area with bad service the call will drop or you can not hera the other person on the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage is helping with the calling aspect, so no calls will drop

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage is next to none. User interface is exceptionally designed. Texting and chatting feature during the calls is very nice. Customer support has also been very good. I very frequently use the application for atleast 2-3 times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such bugs to the best of my knowledge and in my experience of usage till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in engaging with our offshore and base teams for monitoring daily progress activities. Additionally, need based meetings are also held using this application.

What do you like best about the product?
• Vonage is best software in cloud phone system.

• Vonage GUI is best among the software’s. By using Vonage, we can connect easily to any person.

• Vonage provide us high quality calling and Text facilities that too international and unlimited.

• One software that helps to grow our business over calls that is Vonage only.
What do you dislike about the product?
• According to me I didn’t find any disadvantage in Vonage.
• But yes, they must work in the upper management a little bit as they are quite slow providing the solution that’s all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• I can easily connect with people with this software.
• This is the only app where I get multiple features as I can make high quality voice and video calls, high speed messages and other advanced features in Vonage only which eases my work and business.

What do you like best about the product?
All the communication needs at one place, very user-friendly application and best-in-class user interface to navigate between pages with ease. Customer support was top class and the initial trainings were so beneficial for our employess to adapt Vonage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating third party application to Vonage was little bit challenging and it was not an one step process to integrate, it needed a dedicated technical expertise from Vonage to do it for us, which was a pain-point in using Vonage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made all our business communications easier than it was ever before. Before Vonage, we use have to have seperate channels for different modes of communication but Vonage integrated everything under a single dashboard.
