Best Software for international Calls and easy Communication for smooth calls
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business Communication is the b aest software for international calls, video conferencing and SMS. We can easily do remote work after using this software and always connected to International Client

Still now there is no disadvantage of this software

As we are working with international clients, this software helps us to connect with US candidates and client meetings, schedule interviews and accessible communication about jobs discussion
Vonage : A Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the connectivity and linkage Vonage has with other applications and websites. It makes working more efficient and organized when handling calls and assisting customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the notifications pop up when I use Vonage Business communications during calls. That part really interrupts me when I am taking notes and assisting customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping greatly in keeping our company organized and efficient when assisting our customers. Everyone is all the same page and my workflow is much smoother and enjoyable.

What do you like best about the product?
We have switched from RingCentral to Vonage. I can make calls from anywhere. It is very useful while working on a remote basis. Even I can switch calls from one device to another one very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till this time we didn't feel any dislike. It is working very well for me and my team also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Vonage mainly for calling purposes. I can contact clients and customers and trucking companies. It is very helpful while working remotely.

I have been using Vonage for a while now and I am extremely impressed with the flexibility it offers. The ability to take calls on my phone, at my desk, or on my computer at home is a game-changer for me. It allows me to be available for my clients whenever they need me, making them feel like I am always there for them.
The call quality is excellent, and the audio is mostly clear. I've had a few issues with dropped calls or choppy audio but none to be concerned about or want to switch to anywhere else. The call-forwarding feature is also very helpful. It allows me to forward calls to my cell phone when I am away from my desk or to my colleague's phone when I am unavailable. This ensures that my clients never reach a voicemail and always get the help they need.
The customer service team is also very helpful. They are always willing to assist me with any issues I may have and resolve them quickly. The online portal is easy to use and allows me to manage my account and make changes with ease.

They are a VoIP provider & also have good customer support. The price range was also offered decent

Sometimes the voice is a bit crisp and the web app UI should be improved and also some time the network lags

Vonage s providing us with quality voIP numbers which is enhancing the calls quality and it provides an option to see analytics in the dash board which helps in review and performance

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage provides VOIP numbers and help my organisations sales team to reach out to many Business without any hastle, their admin rights and dashboards allows me to create a team and provide extension to my own team and assign numbers and see their call records and access the call analytics easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dekstop app lags some features like while sending SMS we can not chose which number to send SMS from if we have multiple numbers assigned to one person, but this is available in the Mobile applcation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage has provided us with VOIP numbers which are not in spam risk where as most other service providers usually give out VOIP numbers with high spam risk. this helps us see the performance of each induvial and call records are easily accessible in the admin portal. changing the numbers or getting a new number and extension is easy which helps us add or even delete users.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage has a clean user interface. I appreciate that I can always see when my coworkers are online and can be messaged. My contact book is easily integrated with other devices, and the mobile app is a pleasure to use as well. It has allowed my personal business to flourish in the new state where I reside.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, Vonage numbers get flagged as Spam much more quickly than other VoIP services. There have been a few instances where the number is completely unable to be removed from any service provider's Spam list, making it unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage allows all of our out-of-county/state employees to have a phone number with the correct area code, which leads to better reception and greater trust from our customer base. It also gives us an internal line of communication throughout the company providing efficient communication.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of versatile options to Vonage. They have text messaging, call blocking, virtual receptionist, mobile app access, call parking, and electronic fax service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking from my 15 years in the customer service industry, Vonage has the most inefficient service team I have dealt with. I have been a customer for nearly 4 years and have had to communicate with Vonage countless times. They do not respond to e-mails. They do not respond to online submitted help tickets. The technicians on the phone either tell you something wrong or do not know the answer, the latter usually causing the former. The account representatives also have shared misinformation about their services, or have not presented full information that is important to your order. No one seems to fully understand what you are looking for, and if you have to call them back, then you are starting over from scratch, even with a help ticket, because the next person doesn't usually understand the issue. This is not a one-time experience. I have spoken to Vonage many times over the years of our service and have set up dozens of their phones. We usually just compromise with the shortcomings because I cannot get Vonage to come to a resolution about something.

Vonage allows us to use the text message system on all our computers, which helps us communicate with our customers very efficiently. Vonage allows us to take calls from any mobile phone via the app, and this helps us with our mobility around our business. Vonage allows us to customize our messaging when customers call our business.
