Great Company!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service, really good comunication , the always listen to the customer, every time I call the solve my problem ( this is not often, is hard to have a problem with this app)
What do you dislike about the product?
so far nothing, no complains at all, nice to work with them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am at Costa Rica and company I work with is in USA so no problem to comunicate

I dont have any particular recomendations, I will say is a smart decision to use Vonage
Vonage Business Communications- VOIP Evolved
What do you like best about the product?
I love the app, the web portal, and business texting features. The business texting features takes the hassle out of getting a company phone and having to carry another device in your pocket. The customer service department really surprised me because they answer the phone politely and professionally. The one customer service rep that I worked with definitely knew how to connect with the customer and even took the chance to know more about my business while his computer was updating my account. I believe his name was Mario <-- promote this guy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I really dislike about Vonage Business Communications is the lack of picture messaging clients. I believe that they are working on this but at the moment it is counter productive for a business app to have picture messaging integrated. But once their infrastructure can handle MMS messaging I believe that the app and web portal will soon become a killer feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for having a second phone is eliminated. I believe that an all in one app is a great way to cut down on costs and keep funds for other more important purchases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your business is small and you dont want large PBX boxes for your phone lines, Vonage is your go to solution.
Great Service. Just works.
What do you like best about the product?
The admin interface pretty much handles everything. I have yet to find something I can't figure out. The mobile app is also very useful so we can answer calls remotely (not sure if that's a good thing for my social life). We have setup 5-6 phones and they all work perfectly. The price is pretty competitive and they are really fast at shipping out hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling a cs rep can take a long time sometimes. However, they always seem to get my issues sorted. The only technical issues I had were related to figuring out the CallerID settings and how to setup the call flow options. It was a little complicated but I sorted it out once I talked to a rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a job and they phones worked perfectly out fo the box. No call quality issues even at our lower bandwidth offices. Having working phones is critical. The voicemail and advanced call routing made it very simple to have custom workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will have a lot of people offering similar services for slightly less price. Vonage is worth the little extra for the power of their enterprise.
Simple and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up. Cost effective and features that are handy when you use it for business. Call forwarding, Transferring, conference call are all made simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little too complicated when you want to make a video call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using vonage to work from home and office. I receive inbound calls from customers and I call them back as well. It gives the user a clear data about the number of calls made and received. The call handling time and the ability to record and listen to your calls and voice mails.

Highly recommend for any start up company since it is easy to set up and comes with features that any call center would need.
Vonage Business - the best for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business allows our team to work remotely with dedicated phone and text service. We are able to contact customers and others, while staying connected with each other. And it works anywhere we have internet service or cell phone connection
What do you dislike about the product?
The texting does not accept graphics, and the phone service is at the mercy of your local connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to have devoted business phone service, while still using our cell phones. This means we can focus on making other investments instead of buying physical phone equipment
Good system, but the click to dial is an issue

Great system for mobile use, and interoffice messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
the click to dial feature is not truly a click to dial - it calls you back and then rings to the person you are calling.

better communication both inter-office and with external clients/applicants/vendors
Best Voip application
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage business is helpful when I try to connect with other people via voice calls or messaging. It's interface is very easy and has multiple functionalities unlike other similar apps. we can do voice calls, send voice messages, text messages etc. We can save number as contacts as well for future access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is incompatible with older versions of the operating systems. If they work on any and every operating system, it will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a recruiter, I call people (candidates) and screen them on a daily basis. I use Vonage business application to call, send voice and text messages to candidates and easily connect with them.

It's so far the best Voip application available with multiple functions. Please try.
Much better than previous phone system
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of my Non Profit foundation, of 200 individuals, being able to communicate using this phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you can transfer calls from desk phone to mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming off of a previously used phone system that always had issues of breaking up calls, losing calls, and slow use of the app, Vonage does not have issues in these areas.
It can get the job done, but there must be better options out there

Ability to use a computer app, website, office phone, and cell phone app. Custom lines for team members, voicemail, phone tree options, and texting option
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup took a lot longer than anticipated. We had old vonage phones and we were unable to use them and had to repurchase new equipment. You would think you can use their phones over again for a new business account.

What do you like best about the product?
Compatibility with all devices is the best thing and it keeps running in the background without using much of battery on phones.User friendly and everytime they update they make it a little more easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dont like about it is that with some laptops if the headphones are connected it does not give any sound for the incoming call.You can only hear the ring for incoming call if you have the headphone customer service is good but if you have to call them you have to wait atleast half an hour to speak to somebody.obemore issue is that if same extension is logged in on two devices some of the messages which are received on a particular device when another device is offline you can only see the message on that device later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is that it can be used on the phones so sales team never miss any call.The voicemails, messages and call list are all at one place.Other than that all the voicemails and call recordings are always there im case you need them later too.
