Best, most functional option
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Vonage Buisiness is that you can take the office phone (heart of your business) with you, through an app on your mobile device. Great options such as voicemail to email, one touch voicemail audio retrieval, and messaging within the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Vonage App needs to be open in the background on your phone, in order to have consistent workability. It tends to drain phone battery, and is still only as dependable as cell service strength (if you have selected a good carrier), when not on wifi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great application for Work at Home or On the Go employees. Phone coverage and having the immediacy of notifications to help with response time is critical in today's business world.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Working through settings and set up is sometimes a hassle, but there does seem to be a solution each time there is something not quite working. Customer Care for Vonage Business has always been patient and thorough with me.

The customer service is spot on. I don't spend forever waiting on help if I need it.

We would like to be able to send attachments and pictures through text, also group texting would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and very simple system to implement as an Office Administrator. Very user friendly for our employees. We like that voice message get converted to text and sent to us via email. We also use the e-fax feature which is great and very easy to send and receive faxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than cost being a little high, everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a benefit to be able to receive voice messages sent to text via email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great simple system to use and implement. They have a great technical support team as well that you can email with any questions or issues and they get back to you within 24 hours, in my experience.

As long as there is no issue with our internet connection than we never experience an issue with Vonage.

We are really, really looking forward to being able to send and receive photos. We are still having to use RingCentral to meet that need for our company.

We are able to stay in contact with all of our technicians at all times as well as transfer calls seamlessly to desk phones.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage has all the features you need in a VoIP service. In addition, their tech support is responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring the auto attendant is a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have the flexibility of making and receiving calls when I am away from the office. I can make calls through the office phone system and the caller ID shows my office number.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can shop around and you MAY find a cheaper price but consider the service after the sale.
Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
When updating phone lines or adding a new person on the team, the customer service reps are fast, very kind and easy to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may not be something that is easy to fix, but we have a minimum of people whose numbers we can block. Spam calls come in often and we wish we could limit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to transfer, conference and connect with clients.

some time messages are not delivering then we need to logout and login back to our application.

Quality services, Tons of options
What do you like best about the product?
We switched to Vonage from another company. Every issue that we had with our other phone company has not been an issue with Vonage. Call quality is clear, there are tons of options for our services, and our plan was catered to what we needed. The transfer to Vonage was incredibly easy and effortless. Everything is easily laid out and easy to navigate! No confusion!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not run into an issue with Vonage that causes us to dislike the service. We are somewhat new to the services, but at this time, everything has been better than our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear communication! Clear call quality, text message ability, call recording to catch missed opportunities. The calls come through on my phone and computer, so I never miss a call.

Best pricing, quality, and customer service we have received in our past experience with other companies and our experience of seeking a new service.
