Ok VOIP system, but had major pitfalls

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use the app on my phone and have it separate from my cell phone.
I like that the bills are consistent each month. They are easy to understand and there are never any surprises. I love that I can get my voicemails in my email and never see the blinking light on my phone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the items on the online portal are not always intuitive in the admin area. Sometimes it takes a little while to connect to a representative when calling in with technical issues. The phones do have technical issues like dropped calls and poor connectivity often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Vonage Business app is great for our employees. It helps them connect with others while on the road and never miss a phone call. People never miss their messages because they come straight to their emails. It is easy to forward calls and messages. Unfortunately, calls are often dropped and there is often poor connectivity with the service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vonage Business is a great VOIP company. They have provided us great service and we are happy.

Our Vonage Phone System

What do you like best about the product?
In our case, there were many improvements. The call clarity is excellent and represents a vast improvement over our prior system. The ability to load our phone books to each extension has provided a great convenience. We have implemented the mobile app which has enhanced our ability to service our clients, in or out of the office. The ability to control the outbound caller ID has been helpful, and the virtual receptionist(s) and the associated options provides us with more then we had hoped for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the wires to the desk were annoying, but we solved this problem by using POE to eliminate the power cable, which we found helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially our main problem was call clarity and no associated phone book. That is, no phone book directly accessible from the telephone.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to implement and use,and the simple setup to add extensions

So far we haven't found anything to dislike.

Wasting time with local phone companies and the terrible service they provide

The best phone system ever!

What do you like best about the product?
Ever since we switched to Vonage, not only are we saving a ,lot of money every month but we have phones with so many features and as the Admin, I found it easy to install and manage. The Vonage App for the iPhone is amazing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then we experience a dropped call but it it far and few between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having a full time receptionist, Vonage makes it easy for our clients to call us and reach us without any difficulties.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out their features compared to other VOIP systems

What do you like best about the product?
I'm learning the phone system and with me not being very teckie, it's a bit of a learning curve but just have to get rid of my fear of trying.... so far, so good so I'm happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't print off emails from the email screen unless I download. If you can print off without it, I can't figure out how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long distance.
And I don't understand the next questions
I don't know how to take a screen shot so I can't complete this form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm sorry, I can't complete the screen shot so If someone wants to teach me, that would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to utilize our phone system for both in house and teleworking employees providing a seamless experience for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had quite a few outages, causing some disruptions in service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to enable employees to telework and still be fully reachable from their work number

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to integrate this software to our CRM software to be able to use their click-to-dial function and we are also able to monitor statistics on calls - inbound / outbound. There is an app which is great, it has a great interface. Also, the voicemails are very simple to listen to as they are sent to your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The click-to-dial function frequently stops working. It is very frustrating to have to refresh all of your pages to get it to work again. Also, since it is internet based so if you lose power or your internet goes down, you have no phones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves some time making calls out, and you are able to see a caller ID on who is calling.

I would shop around and make sure this is the right software for you.

Solid Telephone Conferencing Software

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vonage has a relatively clean interface, is easy to use, and is relatively user intuitive. I love the sleek, clean white background with the simple fonts and the easy to understand settings and instructions. I also love that the different tabs are easily visible to the left side of it, so it is never hard to figure out what it is you need to do or where you are going. It also has multiple platforms available - an app, software to install on your computer, as well as a web application available for it. I am impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Vonage seems to be limited in its capabilities. I feel like its functionality could be much broader and greater than what it actually is, and that they limit themselves by only being focused primarily on telephone numbers and conferencing between them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the most obvious business problem that is being solved with Vonage Business. It's easy to keep track of your contacts through it and to arrange calls, conference calls, and other similar things through their software and apps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that Vonage Business is simple, intuitive and great software to utilize in a business setting. It's rather simplistic in what it offers, but also is very capable of getting what it is supposed to do, done. I am pleased with it and look forward to continuing to regularly utilizing the software in my business needs at my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage call quality are extraordinary and the cost of using Vonage is less. Call sending feature genuinely works well,everything you would require in a phone system. The ability to successfully change over telephone message into substance and sent on your Email ID is the best component I like. We can connect customers from any contraption open and from wherever our specialists may be.

I have no dislike for this application. It has really been a great tool for us, so far we've been utilizing.
