"Vonage - An app for every need
What do you like best about the product?
Works efficiently and does not have voice breakage while calls.
One of the best feature is we can use in our mobile and do our work and also the Windows application is good which can be used to send and receive text messages.
We can also see our reports in Vonage that at what time how many calls were made

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such drawback of Vonage as it is efficiently used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage is mainly used to do outbound calls and text messages which is very helpful.

One of the best product should be used by businesses.

Auto attendant has been a blessing. Receiving voicemails in my email inbox is a time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have a very complex virtual assistant with 2 companies, etc. These folks assisted me in setting it up and its been flawless. I believe they can accommodate any phone challenges you may have.

trouble with getting similar functions for after hours calls. trouble getting voice announcements recorded

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my phones transfer to a backup in the event of an outage of my internet (which we have often). Also that the staff is always VERY Willing to help with my needs as for a tiny office like ours we do not have to be in the system regular. I like they ARE dialing in the ease of saving holiday greetings and automatically reverting back to original message. I have referred to several friends who have HIGH-SPEED internet (doesn't work right otherwise).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit overwhelming for a small facility such as ours. We want things to be smaller and easier to work with, not have to figure out 20 different toggles to get our standard 3 tasks done; then again... customer service has helped me maneuver every time (different ways for the same thing) with a smile. So even the bad isn't bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This isn't so applicable to us. We did have 3 extensions, but as one of them didn't have high enough internet speed we've had to unplug that phone as it was just too stressful to some to have conversations on it.
Great for small business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get easy technical support, create a comprehensive virtual assistant flow and the mobile app is great when taking calls on the got.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I can't really think of anything that I do not dislike. In one of our phones, sometimes the settings reset but that is a hardware error, not Vonage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two locations and we are able to all have our own extensions, voice mails, call groups for different departments and our own mobile app where we can all be on the go when we need to.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of use, the app is maybe the greatest thing about Vonage. Although it could use a buff to be great it is still helpful to use my mobile network to never miss a call. Or to not necessarily never miss but to see what's going on at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the customer service chain, if I need help it's sit on hold up be transferred to this person or that person. I do not have time to be sitting around waiting.

What do you like best about the product?
The Tech Support team is always willing to stay on the line with me until I am 100% satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is an inconvenient delay time for chat support/questions.

The ability to reconfigure phones, extensions and users easily and frequently.
Not a Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation. Customer Service Agents were very polite and tried to be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting what I was told by the salesman wasn't going to happen. Management tried to reduce my irritation, but in general a poor experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to establish incoming multiple lines to varied locations. No benefits were realized.

Give yourself plenty of time to trial the service.

Having the app on the phone is wonderful. Never have to be tied to a desk to answer so i can get back to my customers quickly. Also has a great texting feature too

Having the phone via mobile app is a great feature which a lot of phone companies don't have.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is best for Vonage like Service, Sound quality, Customer support etc.. I am proud of customer of Vonage Service.

Nothing to mention that I can write for Vonage service for dislike.

My problem was related to office extention & It has been very smooth;y solved by customer service team. Thank you for that.
